| Objective:Taking Du Mai and Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang below knee as the breakthrough point, the study researches the correlation between the positive reaction points on the body surface and the clinical symptoms of children with cerebral palsy, digs deep into the specific understanding of children with cerebral palsy from the perspective of acupuncture, and clarifies the possible pathological meridians and positions involved in the disease,so as to guide acupuncture treatment. Methods:The general situation and symptom characteristics of 76 children with cerebral palsy who met the inclusion criteria were investigated, gross motor grades and other symptoms were collected, and the body surface examination was carried out on the children’s Du Mai and Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang following the knee. The examination lines were:Du Mai examination area(LO-16,MO-16,RO-16),Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang examination area(LFO-8,LB)LMO-8、RMO-8;RF0-8、RB0-8)。By using SPSS24.0 software, the number of positive reaction points of Du Mai and Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang below knee was analyzed. The motor function grade, other symptoms(allergy, intelligence, swallowing and chewing, salivation, diet, defecation, sleep)of the subjects were correlated with the number of positive reaction points in Du Mai and Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang below knee.By using Apriori algorithm of SPSS modeler software, the distribution of positive reaction points in Du Mai and Muscle Meridians of Foot Yang below knee of the tested patients was analyzed by association rules with the degree of motor dysfunction and other symptoms of the patients.Results:1.The number of reaction points between Du Mai and Muscle Region of Foot-Yangming is more than that of other examination routes. The first six highest frequencies of positive reaction in Muscle Region of Foot-Yangming examination area were RF3,LF3,RF5,RF4,LF4,LF5,which mainly concentrated in upper section of the leg line of bilateral Muscle Region of Foot-Yangming,roughly located between Zusanli and Fenglong.R7,L7,L12,L9,L11,R12 are the first six highest frequencies of positive reaction in Du Mai examination area, which are mainly concentrated in Jiaji points from T7 to T12.2.There is no significant correlation between the number of positive reaction points in the examination area and the degree of motor dysfunction(P>0.05),but the positive reaction points most related to motor dysfunction are L7,LF3,RF3,which are roughly located in the seventh thoracic spine and bilateral Zusanli and Shangjuxu.3.The number of positive reaction points of Du Mai is positively correlated with diet and allergy symptoms(P<0.05),and the allergic symptoms are negatively correlated with the number of reaction points of Muscle Region of Foot-Yangming below knee(P<0.05).In the correlation of reaction points,R7 is the most correlated with allergy and sleep symptoms, which is roughly the position of the seventh thoracic vertebra sandwiched with spine;LF3 and RF3 are most correlated with intelligence, eating and drinking, swallowing and chewing, and salivation symptoms, which are roughly located at Zusanli and Shangjuxu.Conclusion:1.The diagnosis performance at the upper section of the leg line of Muscle Region of Foot-Yangming and the lower chest clip ridge may better reflect the core problem of cerebral palsy in children, and these two places should be the main stimulation sites in the treatment plan.2.It is the key to assist the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral palsy to focus on the diagnosis in the region between the seventh thoracic vertebra and Zusanli-Shangjuxu,which may be the key position to diagnose and treat cerebral palsy, exercise and other symptoms from the perspective of acupuncture and moxibustion.3.Thinking and exploring the acupuncture diagnosis of cerebral palsy in children from the perspective of the symptoms of Du Mai and Foot Yangming Meridian, and drawing up a treatment plan on this basis, may be a more direct clinical path of acupuncture for cerebral palsy in Children. |
