Alkaloids have become a hot research topic in the field of phytochemistry cause by their complex,changeable and variety skeleton,and high rate of patent medicine.In this dissertation,I researched the chemical constituents and their anti-inflammatory activities of Kopsia fruticose.This dissertation is composed of two chapters.The first chapter focuses on chemical composition which contained in the stems and leaves of Kopsia fruticosa,and their anti-inflammatory activities.The second chapter summarized the novel chemical composition and their bioactivities which reported in the recent literature of Kospia.In the first chapter,the organic alkaloids of K.fruticosa was prepared through alkali extraction precipitation.Then,I separated it by used all kinds of technologies of chromatographic separation,such as phase C-18 silica gel column chromatography separation technology,silica gel column,TLC,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography technology,high performance liquid chromatographic column.ESIMS and HRESIMS were used to determine molecular weight,1DNMR and 2DNMR were used to determine chemical structure of monomers,and CD and X single crystal diffraction were used to determine absolute configuration of monomers.Finally,I got 18 monomers from K.fruticose,including 15 monoterpene indole alkaloids within 2 novel compounds,2 phenylpropanoids and a triterpenoids.In this dissertation,I named 2 new compounds kopsiflorine acid and decarbomethoxykopsine N(4)oxide.Besides,I found compound 5has a middle cytotoxicity and compounds 17,18 have a significant cytotoxicity,all higher than positive control group,through screening 18 compounds anti-inflammatory activities.In the second chapter,compounds of kopsia are classified by the skeleton type of monoterpene indole alkaloids which reported in 2012 to 2020.Their skeleton type mainly distributed in aspidofractinine,kopsifoline,aspidospermine,condylocarpine,eburnane,pauciflorine.Finally I summarized bioactivities of some of compounds.
