Study On Five Viscera Deficiency Constitution Of Stroke Based On Zhongjing’s Theory Of External Wind

Objective: From the perspective of TCM Constitution,to explore the characteristics of five viscera deficiency constitution of stroke under the condition of pathological constitution.Combined with clinical research,this paper studies the predisposing constitution and clinical characteristics of five zang organs deficiency of stroke patients,discusses and analyzes the relationship between five zang organs deficiency and stroke,and provides clinical basis and reference for the prevention and later care of stroke from the perspective of preventive treatment.Methods: Using the method of theoretical research and clinical investigation,guided by the theory of five elements and the theory of pathological constitution,the patients with apoplexy were evaluated with the TCM five viscera deficiency body mass scale,and the statistical software spss24.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: The investigation found that 103 cases of stroke patients with five viscera deficiency constitution were liver deficiency constitution,kidney deficiency constitution,heart deficiency constitution,spleen deficiency constitution and lung deficiency constitution(P<0.05);Among the related or combined constitutions,heart deficiency constitution and lung deficiency constitution,liver deficiency constitution and kidney deficiency constitution had positive correlation(P<0.05);Gender,smoking status,drinking status,BMI and disease duration had positive correlation.In the analysis of other related factors,age will lead to the formation of lung deficiency constitution and kidney deficiency constitution,drinking and overweight will lead to the formation of heart deficiency constitution(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Under the guidance of the etiology theory in Synopsis of the golden chamber,this paper explores the pathogenesis theory of apoplexy,and holds that the internal cause is the main cause of apoplexy,and the study of five zang organs deficiency constitution is an effective method to analyze the internal cause.2.The risk constitution of stroke is liver deficiency constitution,kidney deficienc y constitution,heart deficiency constitution,spleen deficiency constitution and lung def iciency constitution.3.The study of constitution can explore the disease tendency from the perspective of etiology,which is of great significance in the prevention of disease and rehabilitation guidance.
