| Objective:To study the effect of hypoandrogen on the transformation of corpus cavernosum endothelial cells into stromal cells in SD rats. Methods:Primary SD rat corpus cavernosum endothelial cells were isolated and cultured with different concentrations of androgen(1x10-8mmol/L,1x10-9mmol/L,1x10-10mmol/L,0mmol/L)on the 0th,1st,4th and 7th day.The number of double positive cells of von Willebrand factor / smooth muscle actin and von Willebrand factor(v WF/ α-SMA and v WF)and the expression of platelet-endothelial cell adhesion molecule / smooth muscle actin(CD31/α-SMA)were detected. Results:When the androgen concentration was 1x10-8mmol/L,1x10-9mmol/L,1x10-10mmol/L,0,the androgen concentration was positively correlated with the proportion of v WF/α-SMA and v WF double positive cells and the ratio of CD31/α-SMA.On the 0th,1st,4th and 7th day after androgen addition, the proportion of v WF/α-SMA and v WF double positive cells and the proportion of CD31/α-SMA were positively correlated with the culture time. Conclusion:Low androgen promotes the transformation of corpus cavernosum endothelial cells into interstitial cells in a time-and concentration-dependent manner. |
