Research On The Medical Thought Of Foreword Of Exogenous Febrile Diseases

Objective:to comprehensively summarize and analyze the medical thoughts of typhoid cases,and further study the related contents of typhoid in broad sense,so as to provide guidance for clinical work.Method:1.Analyze the original text of Shanghan cases in Treatise on Febrile Diseases in Song Dynasty one by one to clarify the author’s thinking.2.Through literature research,analyze its main theoretical origin,and sort out the related theories of typhoid cases by later doctors.3.Through the Internet and school resource database,we searched CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and other literature databases about typhoid cases.The retrieval time was from 1980 to June 2021.4.Summarize the medical theory of typhoid cases,further explain the important medical ideas involved,and explore its clinical application value.Results:the analysis of typhoid cases was completed,the main theoretical sources were traced,and the main contents and medical thoughts were summarized.Conclusion;the traditional Chinese medicine thought of typhoid fever cases involves a wide range,and inherits and develops the contents of Suwen,Nan Jing and the ancient literature "Yin Yang Da Lun";Objective to explore the etiology,pathogenesis and classification of typhoid fever in broad sense;The prevention,treatment and prognosis of exogenous febrile diseases are expounded.Typhoid fever cases can be regarded as the general theory of exogenous febrile diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
