Study On Mechanism Of Prognostic Analysis Of PET-CT SUVmax For Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Objective: Study on mechanism of Prognostic analysis of PET-CT SUVmax for diffuse large B-cell lymphomaMethods: The clinical data of 80 cases of newly treated DLBCL were collected for statistical analysis,PET-CT image analysis,and immunohistochemical staining.Results: When the SUVmax is 20.5g/ml,the Youden index is the largest(0.399);clinical stage(P=0.020),clinical B symptoms(P=0.003),β2 microglobulin(P=0.015)are correlated with SUVmax;single factor Analyze SUVmax(P=0.001),clinical stage(P=0.001),clinical B symptoms(P=0.017),β2 microglobulin(P=0.030),LDH(P=0.039)are related to long-term prognosis;multivariate analysis Clinical stage(P=0.017)can be used as an independent prognostic factor of DLBCL.Conclusion: When SUVmax is 20.5g/ml,it can be used as a critical value for judging the recurrence/progression of DLBCL;clinical stage,clinical B symptoms,β2 microglobulin are correlated with SUVmax;SUVmax,clinical stage,clinical B symptoms,β2microspheres Protein and LDH are related to the prognosis of DLBCL;clinical stage can be used as an independent factor influencing the prognosis of DLBCL.
