Clinical Observation Of Ginger Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture In Treating Wet Sores(Wet Accumulation Type Of Spleen Deficiency)

Objective:Through the clinical study on the treatment of wet sores(type of spleen deficiency and wet accumulation)by ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture to observe the improvement degree on EASI and VAS which was efficiency to verify the ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of wet sores(type of spleen deficiency and wet accumulation),so as to provide a new reference basis for the clinical treatment of wet sores(type of spleen deficiency and wet accumulation).Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,72 clinical patients diagnosed as wet sores(wet syndrome type of spleen deficiency)in Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to December 2020 were recruited and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with simple acupuncture.The main acupoints were local A Shi acupoint,Quchi(double),Xuehai(double),Yinlingquan(double),Fengshi(double),and the matching acupoints were Zusanli(double)and Sanyinjiao(double).In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment of the control group,ginger moxibustion was added to Feishu(Shuang),Pishu(Shuang)and Gishu(Shuang).Once a day,one course of treatment for 10 days,for consecutive 3 courses.Before and after the study,the scores of each therapeutic index were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture in treating wet sores(wet accumulation type of spleen deficiency).Results:Through the process of treatment,7cases were fell off,for the rest of 65 cases,33 cases were from treatment group and 32 cases came from control group.After the treatment,The treatment group’s VAS score is lower than the control group’s,and treatment group is better than the control group in erythema,papules,exfoliation,moss and improvement,treatment group total effective rate was 90.9% and the control group total effective rate was 78.12%.The results showed that ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture was effective in treating wet sores(wet accumulation type of spleen deficiency).Conclusion:Both ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture and acupuncture alone in the treatment of wet sores(wet accumulation type of spleen deficiency)have curative effect,both of them can effectively improve the skin lesions and itching degree of wet sores,but the ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of wet sores is much more efficiency.Ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of wet sores has the advantages of high safety,simple operation,high acceptance of patients and significant curative effect,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
