| Objective: To observe its correlation between the germination and expending of HDP and serum lipid of gravida women,and supply a foundation for the calculation of HDP.Methods: Obstetric inpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from December 2019 to February 2021 were collected retrospectively.In total,173 cases met the experimental requirements,26 cases of gestational hypertension,29 cases of preeclampsia,56 cases of severe preeclampsia,there were 62 cases of pregnant women hospitalized during the same period without pregnancy complications,and randomly selected with a random number table by Excel.To collect general clinical data,examination results and pregnancy outcome of all patients,3-5ml samples within 48 hours before the termination of pregnancy of each pregnant,and analyze TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-Cand sd-LDL-C and other biochemical indicators.All gravida information was entered with Microsoft Excel,and were analysed with IBM SPSS for Windows,22.0.The orthostste of the record was checked with the K–S.Discriminating the discrepancies in the ratio of neonatal and fetal pregnancy ending among group A,group B,group C and group D with chi-square.In the relativity analysis study,this research uses Spearman relative ratio to analyze the quotiety between the degree of HDP and blood lipids and general data.The Logistic was to applied to analyze the risk elements of HDP and harmful gestational endings.P<0.05 reveal that the discrepancy is statistically meaning.results:1.In this study,the comparison of age and pregnancy times of in the group A,group B,group C and group D are not remarkable discrepancy,P>0.05;in the study of BMI before pregnancy,the study group(group A,group B and group C)was outstanding bigger than group D with BMI before pregnancy,P<0.05,in the study group,group C had the largest BMI before pregnancy;in the research of duration of pregnancy,group A,group B and group C were outstanding bigger than that of group D,P<0.05,duration of pregnancy of group C in the study group was the lowest,lower than group A,group B and group D.2.In the study of fetus and neonatus pregnancy ending,the ratio of premature birth and FGR in group A,group B,and group C was taller than that in A group,P<0.05.The rate of LBW,neonatal and fetal asphyxia were not diversity,in four groups,P>0.05.3.There was no statistically remarkably discrepancy in HDL-C between group A,group B,group C and group D,P>0.05.the consistence of LDL-C in the study group was outstanding bigger than group D,P<0.05;its in group A,group B,and group C was the highest in the C group,which was higher In group A,group B and group D.4.In the study of TC,the consistence of TC in group A,group B,group C and group D,were larger than ordinary range.The consistence of TC in group A,group B,and group C were obviously bigger than TC in D group,P<0.05,in TC with group A,group B and group C,group C is the highest.In the study of TG,the consistence of TG in group A,group B,group C and group D,were higher than criterion range.The consistence of TG in group A,group B,and group C were obviously bigger than TC in D group,P<0.05,in TG in group A,group B and group C,group C is the highest.5.In the LDL-C/HDL-C study,the its of group A,group B,and group C was remarkably higher than that of D group,P<0.05;in group A,group B,and group C,the its of group C was the highest,and it was marked bigger than A and D group,P<0.05;C group its is observably larger than A and group D group,P<0.05;In sd-LDL-C in the study,the consistence of sd-LDL-C in group A,group B and group C and the D group was taller than the regular range of non-pregnancy,and the differences between the groups were statistically discrepancy.The consistence of sd-LDL-C in group A,group Band group C was outstanding bigger than that D group,P<0.05;in group A,group B and group C,the consistence of sd-LDL-C in group C was the highest;6.In the Spearman relative ratio research,the severity of HDP(hyperemia during pregnancy)is related with sd-LDL-C,BMI,TG,TC,LDL-C,and LDL-C/HDL-C before gravida,Both P are <0.05,and the relative coefficients are: 0.547,0.424,0.245,0.429,0.697 and 0.389;7.Logistic analysis,BMI before pregnancy is a risk equation for the happening of HDP.sd-LDL-C is a risk element for HDP and also a risk indicator for premature delivery in HDP.Conclusion:1.TG,TC,LDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C are related to the severity of HDP.2.sd-LDL-C is positively related with the severity of HDP and a risk element for HDP and preterm birth;continuous blood lipid testing during pregnancy,especially sd-LDL-C,can be used as forecast of HDP and harmful pregnancy endings.3.BMI before pregnancy is positively related to the severity of HDP,and a risk element for HDP.Controlling BMI before pregnancy can reduce the happening of HDP. |
