Objective:In this study, serum levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),IFN-γ(interferon-gamma)and interleukin-4(IL-4)were measured, and serum levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)were measured. To explore the changes of immune response(Th1/Th2 changes)and the correlation with wheezing in children with RSV infection,to provide the basis for the treatment and diagnosis of RSV infection, and to provide the basis for the further study of the changes of immune function in the body with RSV infection, the mechanism of recurrent wheezing in the later period. Methods:Serum samples were collected from 80 children with bronchial pneumonia hospitalized in Taizhou People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 and 20 patients in the control group. The case group was divided into RSV-infected wheezing group,RSV-infected non-wheezing group,non-RSV-infected wheezing group and control group. The diagnosis of the case group was in line with the diagnostic criteria of Zhufitang Practical Pediatrics(9th edition),and there was no difference in age or gender among the four groups. The levels of IL-10,IFN-γ and IL-4 were detected by ELISA method, and the changes in each group were observed and statistically analyzed. Results: 1.The serum IL-10 level of RSV infection wheezing group(99.57 ±6.30 ng/l)was significantly higher than that of non-RSV infection wheezing group(70.25 ±5.48ng/l)and control group(59.65 ±5.06ng/l)(P < 0.001).The serum IL-10 level of RSV infection wheezing group(99.57 ±6.30 ng/l)was similar to that of RSV infection non-wheezing group(96.56 ±9.70ng/l)(P>0.05).2.The level of serum IFN-γ in RSV infected wheezing group(16.19 ±3.83 pg / ml)was lower than that in RSV infected non-wheezing group(24.32 ± 8.07pg/ml)and control group(57.70 ±6.16pg/ml)(P < 0.001).3.The serum IL-4 level in RSV infected wheezing group(14.00± 3.28pg/ml)was higher than that in RSV infected non-wheezing group(6.81 ±1.23 pg / ml)and control group(5.03 ±2.16pg/ml)(P < 0.001).4.The serum IFN-γ /IL-4 ratio of RSV infected wheezing group(1.20 ±0.40)was lower than that of RSV infected non-wheezing group(3.82 ±2.11l)and control group(13.54 ±6.04)(P<0.001).Conclusion: 1.IL-10 has no correlation with wheezing in RSV infection, and is not the main factor leading to wheezing.IL-10 is involved in the inflammatory response of RSV infection.2.IFN-γ and IL-4 are related to wheezing, and play an important role in the occurrence and development of wheezing. The function of Th1 cells in the body is inhibited, while the function of Th2 cells is activated and dominated by it,and there is Th1/Th2 immune dysfunction in the body.
