Research On Optimization Of Control Activities In Dong Fang Hospital’s Internal Control

Private hospitals is an important part of the China Medical Services System,which is both of the people’s vital interests,but also plays an important role in promoting economic and social development.However,compared with public hospitals,private hospitals lack national unified system management,nor has the advanced management experience of enterprises,lack of mature governance models,leading to imperfect internal control systems,which leads to a series of economic and social issues,such as falsehood Advertising publicity,drug price is high,medical disputes,etc.Therefore,the actual situation of the formulation and implementation of the internal control system in private hospitals has an important impact on hospital development.In accordance with internal control five elements,the control activity is a specific way to ensure internal control of the objects.By analyzing the current situation of control activities in private hospitals,the problems of control activities are discovered,and the cause of the problem,targeted to propose optimization measures,thereby promoting the development of hospitals,realizing the level of medical standards and business.This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of internal controls at home and abroad,and further understand the analysis of experts and medical industries,there is a problem analysis,and summarizes the proposed optimization measures.After a certain recognition of the theory,the study was launched,and the Dongfang Hospital of Private Hospital was selected as the research object.Introducing the basic situation of the hospital,current status of control activities of hospital internal control,mainly from fund management,procurement management,and fixed asset management three aspects.In the study,the method of questionnaire survey,the evaluation of all levels of staff of the hospital on the control activities system design and implementation,according to the survey results,identify the current main problem,concentrated performance control activity system design is unreasonable,implementation Process irregularities and lack of corresponding supervision and management,and then combine the causes of problems in the actual situation of hospitals.Finally,from the system construction,optimization of the implementation process,optimize the implementation process,optimize the operation of the supervision,and propose targeted measures to improve the internal control system of the hospital to ensure the effectiveness of the control activities.Today,competition in public hospitals and private hospitals is increasingly fierce,private hospitals should fully learn from and absorb advanced experience in enterprise management,refer to the management system and method of public hospital management,fully understand the importance of internal control,gradually strengthen the contents of control activities,and enhance the capital usage rate of hospitals.Reduce hospital operating costs,establish long-term supervision and management mechanisms,improve the strategic objectives of the hospital’s comprehensive strength and achieve long-term development.
