Clinical Research Of Bu Shen Sheng Fa Decoction On The Treatment Of Male Androgenic Alopecia With Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Shengfa Decoction on male androgenic alopecia with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods:The clinical research was divided into 66 patients who met the criteria.Using the random number table method,they were randomly divided into treatment groups(oral Bushen Shengfa Decoction)and corresponding(oral tanshinone capsules),with 33 cases in each group.5% minoxidil tincture liniment.4 weeks of treatment is a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses.Before treatment and 4、8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the patients’ obesity symptoms and TCM syndromes will be scored,and the clinical efficacy will be evaluated after the treatment.To observe the curative effect of Bushen Shengfa Decoction,and record the adverse reactions.Results:1.Among the 66 patients selected,1 case fell off in the treatment group,2 cases fell off in the control group,and 63 cases were actually observed.Before treatment,there were no statistically significant comparisons of age,course of disease,scores of various symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and dermatoscopic signs of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).2.After the treatment,the comparison of the symptom scores within the two groups was all(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The comparison between groups was statistically significant in the number of hair loss,oiliness,and hair growth(P<0.05).In terms of itching and dandruff(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance.3.After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients decreased compared with before the treatment,and the comparison within and between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The total effective rates of the group and the control group were 87.50% and64.52%,respectively.The total effective rates of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,the dermatoscopic signs showed an increase in vellus hair,and the yellow dots disappeared.There were 14 patients in the treatment group with increased vellus hair,3 patients in the control group with increased vellus hair,7 patients in the treatment group with yellow dots disappeared,and 2 patients in the control group with yellow dots disappeared(P<0.05),statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Bushen Shengfa Decoction can effectively improve androgenic alopecia of male liver and kidney deficiency syndrome before and after the treatment of hair loss,greasiness and hair growth.2.Bushen Shengfa Decoction is effective in treating androgenic alopecia of male liver and kidney deficiency syndrome and has high safety.
