| Purpose and background:With the selection of double curing resin cement Panavia F bonding IPS e.max Press hot pressing casting ceramics,the effects of different surface treatment factors on the bonding strength of IPS e.max Press casting porcelain and double curing resin cement were compared.The bonding effect of the cast porcelain and resin cement was evaluated in order to provide reference for clinical application.Method:The IPS e.max Press cast porcelain specimens with a diameter of 10 mm and a thickness of 2 mm were cut and prepared.The specimens were washed with water and polished with 600#,800#,1000# and 1200# water-resistant silicon carbide sandpaper to ensure the same size and roughness.The thickness error was controlled at 0.02 mm.The prepared specimens were randomly divided into 10 groups according to different surface treatment and materials.Experiment 1 divided 60 specimens into 6 groups,50μm of alumina particles,10 mm,blast distance Even sandblasting,90 o.blast angle The pressure of sand blasting in a、b、c group was 0.3 Mpa,5 S、10S、15S;sand blasting time The pressure of sand blasting in d、e、f group was 0.5 Mpa,5 S、10S、15S.sand blasting time Two specimens were selected to observe the surface morphology under scanning electron microscope.The custom silicone mold with 10 mm inner diameter ×2 mm high round holes is fixed to the porcelain surface,Limit the bond area,,filling Panavia F resin cement to mold height,40 s,Illumination Rest for 30 min and save for 24 h.in 37 water bath The specimen is fixed to a universal material testing machine,0.5 mm/min,loading speed A two-factor analysis of variance(ANOVA)of the experimental results using SPSS 23.0 software to calculate the shear bond strength by dividing the maximum load at failure by the bond area,Check level is bilateral α=0.05.Experiment 1 divided 40 specimens into 4 groups,A groups :10 specimens were etched with 9.5% HF acid for 20 S,Rinse with water for 60 s and ultrasonic for 10 min,Blow dry.PA,smear After 3 min,dry the surface of the specimen.Group B: sand blasting of 10 specimens using the best sand blasting method obtained from experiment 1,After sand blasting,ultrasonic cleaning of the specimen for 3 min,Dry.PA,smear After 3 min,dry the surface of the specimen.Group C: sand blasting of 10 specimens using the best sand blasting method obtained from experiment 1,After sand blasting,ultrasonic cleaning of the specimen for 3 min,Dry.HF acid etching by9.5% for 20 S,Rinse with water for 60 s and ultrasonic for 10 min,Blow dry.Finally apply the PA,After 3 min,dry the surface of the specimen.D group :10 specimens were etched with 9.5% HF acid for 20 S,Rinse with water for 60 s and ultrasonic for10 min,Blow dry.Then the best sand blasting method is obtained by experiment 1.After sand blasting,ultrasonic cleaning of the specimen for 3 min,Dry,Final PA,After 3 min,dry the surface of the specimen.Under scanning electron microscope,The bonding and shear strength of the specimen are tested in the same experiment.SPSS23.0 software was used to analyze the results of the experiment,Check level is bilateral α=0.05.Results:1.The bonding strength of IPS e.max Press cast porcelain can be affected by different sand blasting treatment(p<0.05).The f>c>e>b>d>a,groups have statistical difference(p<0.05).When the sand blasting pressure is 0.5 MPA,the sand blasting time is 15 S,the maximum bonding strength is 30.82±2.21 MPa.can be obtained2.Different surface treatment combination and sequence can affect the bonding strength of IPS e.max Press cast porcelain.The adhesive strength ranking of different groups of surface treatment schemes: there was statistical difference between D>C>B>A,groups(p<0.05).When 9.5% HF acid etching 20 S sand blasting(sand blasting pressure 0.5 MPA、 sand blasting time 15 S)silane coupling agent was used,the maximum bonding strength was 37.89±2.13 MPa.obtained Conclusion:1.Different sand blasting treatment can affect the bonding strength of IPS e.max Press cast porcelain.When the sand blasting pressure is 0.5 MPA,the sand blasting time is 15 S,the maximum bonding strength is 30.82±2.212.Combination and sequence of different surface treatment can affect the bonding strength of IPS e.max Press cast porcelain.When the silane coupling agent is treated with 9.5% HF acid etching 20 S sand blasting(sand blasting pressure 0.5MPA、 sand blasting time 15 S),the maximum bonding strength is 37.89±2.13... |
