| Objective: To collect clinical cases of hemorrhagic stroke,use the hidden struct ure model as the statistical method to identify the state of the hemorrhagic stroke population;combine the clinical case study and analysis of hemorrhagic stroke with the pathogenesis theory of stroke disease to explore the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke The essential.Methods: The clinical route was used to formulate the four-diagnosis information scale of traditional Chinese medicine,and to analyze the hidden structure model of the included hemorrhagic stroke population to identify the state.Included clinical patient information: This study was conducted from March 1,2019 to November 31,2019,and included 200 patients with hemorrhagic stroke who met the criteria for discharge.The research team compiles a diagnostic scale for studying the elements of hemorrhagic stroke,including basic clinical patient information,inspection,consultation,resection,pulse diagnosis,judgment of syndrome elements,and judgment of clinical experience.In order to achieve the accuracy of the scale information collection,the researchers were trained in a unified and standardized manner to reduce the asymmetry of the scale information and the excessive differences in clinical concepts caused by human factors.Establish a database: use Epidata software to establish an elect ronically entered information database,and establish a hemorrhagic stroke syndrome element information database in the form of "1/0" according to the paper version of the scale information.Data sorting: extract the entered data,eliminate low-frequency and high-frequency data information according to expert guidance,and import the filtered data into Lantern 5.0(Kongming Light Software)to build a hidden structure model.Finally,according to the information graph and class probability histogram combined with clinical practice,the situation of hemorrhagic stroke is identified.The theoretical route is based on the stroke theory and treatment experience of contemporary Chinese medicine masters and national-level veteran Chinese doctors;the stroke theory and treatment experience in ancient medical books of doctors in the past dynasties,exploring the key to the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke from the theoretical direction.Based on the identification of clinical status,the pathogenesis key of the state is interpreted,and the pathogenesis key that can be in line with clinical practice is studied.Finally,the key to clinical pathogenesis is combined with the key to theoretical pathogenesis,and the key to pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke is systematically summarized,and the whole process of disease development and a deeper understanding are grasped.Results: The general research results of this project: 1)Among the 200 patients,121 were males,accounting for 60.50%;77 were females,accounting for 38.50%;t here were 10 people aged between 20 and 39,40 to 59.A total of 92 people were between the ages of 60-79,a total of 80 were between the ages of 60-79,and a total of 18 were between the ages of 80 and 99;200 patients with hemorrhagic stroke had a history of hypertension,138 had a history of coronary heart disease,and had a history of coronary heart disease.A total of 38 people had a history of diabetes,and a total of 18 people had a history of hyperlipidemia;a total of 19 people had complications in hemorrhagic stroke patients.In the study of the lifestyle of 200 patients with hemorrhagic stroke,71 men had a history of smoking and 7 women had a history of smoking.2)A total of four states of hemorrhagic stroke patients are obtained by the analysis of the hidden structure model,the first is the phlegm-damp state,the second is the deficiency of qi and blood,the third is the blood stasis,and the fourth is the hot state;Clinical and theoretical studies have concluded that the key to the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke is "internal deficiency and evil."Conclusion: In this study,a total of 4 states of hemorrhagic stroke patients were obtained,which can be summarized as two main states of deficiency state and evil state.It is mutually corroborated with theoretical studies,and the key preliminary exploration of the pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke is "internal deficiency and evil". |
