Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Dyslipidemia(Yang Deficiency And Dampness Type)with Modified Fuling Zexie Decoction

Objective: To observe Fuling Zexie Decoction’s curative effect on the treatment of dyslipidemia of yang deficiency and dampness resistance type.Explore different applications of classic prescription in clinical treatment,and open up new ideas for the treatment of hyperlipidemia with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: Collected 60 cases patients who are diagnosed as dyslipidemia from affiliated hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine geriatric outpatient service and treatment area from December 2019 to January 2021.They are divided into two groups through the principles of random and contrast,treatment group 30 cases patients and matched group 30 cases patients.Treatment group’s patients are provided for Fuling Zexie Decoction(fuling,morinda officinalis,cassia twig,white atractylodes rhizome,rhizoma alismatis,lotus leaf,hawthorn,honey-fried licorice root).Matched group’s patients are provided for Xuezhikang Capsules.The course of treatment for the two groups are eight weeks.Observe the laboratory indexes(TC、TG、LDL-C)and TCM syndromes integral before and after therapy.Results:1.Laboratory index: Acromegalic serum concentration of two group’s patients is reduced in different degrees compared with receiving medical treatment before.By comparison,the results of the two groups don’t have significant differences(P>0.05),which certifies that two experimental groups have identical moderating effects for TC 、 TG 、LDL-C.2.Laboratory index curative effect:After the treatment,there are 25 cases patients in the treatment group’s 30 patients who come up to the requirements of curative effect,even beyond the requirements.The total effective rate is 83.33%;There are 24 cases patients in the matched group’s 30 patients who come up to the requirements of curative effect,even beyond the requirements.The total effective rate is 80.00%;By examination,the differences don’t have significance(P>0.05),which certifies the treatment group and the matched group have same curative effect in terms of lipid-lowering drugs.3.TCM syndrome integral:TCM syndrome integral of the two patients have obviously reduced.The total scores of the two groups of syndromes were compared and tested,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group’s adjustment and improvement of TCM syndromes were significantly better than the control group.By comparison,the difference is very significant in terms of dizziness,fearing of cold,cold limbs,nausea and vomiting,sputum,chest distress and shortness of breath,puffy face and swollen limbs,p<0.05,which certifies the treatment group’s medicine is superior to the matched group’s medicine in improving the five symptoms above.4.TCM syndrome curative effect:After the treatment,there are 26 cases patients in the treatment group’s 30 patients who come up to the requirements of curative effect,even beyond the requirements.The total effective rate is 86.67%;There are 23 cases patients in the matched group’s 30 patients who come up to the requirements of curative effect,even beyond the requirements.The total effective rate is 76.67%;By examination,the differences are significance,(P<0.05)which certifies treatment group’s medicine is superior to the matched group’s medicine in term of TCM syndrome curative effect.Conclusion:1.Fuling Zexie Decoction can adjust the serum level,including TC、TG、LDL-C for the dyslipidemia of yang deficiency and dampness resistance type’s patients,which has the same effects as Xuezhikang Capsules.2.Fuling Zexie Decoction can obviously improve Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of the dyslipidemia(yang deficiency and dampness resistance type)’s patients.The total curative effect is superior to the group of Xuezhikang Capsules.3.Fuling Zexie Decoction has validity in curing dyslipidemia(yang deficiency and dampness resistance type)’s patients.
