Clinical Observation On Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction In Treating Type 2 Diabetes (Deficiency Of Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis)

Objective: This experiment takes type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with blood stasis syndrome due to Qi-yin deficiency as the research object to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating and explore the therapeutic effect of "Reinforcing Qi and Invigorating Spleen,Supplemented by Soothing Liver and Dissipating Heat" on type 2 diabetes mellitus so as to lay a foundation for further research.Methods: In this study,72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases),control group(33 cases)and expulsion group(5 cases).Both groups are treated with basic treatment.The treatment group is treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction,150 ml each time,which is taken warm after breakfast and dinner.Combined with metformin hydrochloride tablets(Glucophage,produced by Sino-American Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,national medicine Zhunzi H20023371),one tablet per day is taken orally;The control group is given metformin hydrochloride tablet of 0.85g(Glucophage,produced by Sino-American Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,national medicine approval H20023371),and they take it once a day,and one tablet orally(the dosage can be increased according to the specific conditions of patients,with the maximum not exceeding 2.55g).The patients are treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.Comparing the changes of TCM symptoms,fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other indicators before and after treatment,SPSS 23.0 software system is employed for data processing and analysis to evaluate the curative effect.The patients collected in this experiment are from the outpatient department and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,the outpatient department of the National Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,and the outpatient department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to October 2020.Results: After statistical analysis,the total effective rate,curative effect of TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms,blood glucose and Hb A1 c in the treatment group and the control group after treatment were all P < 0.05,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant abnormality in blood routine,urine routine,liver function,kidney function and ECG in enrolled patients.Conclusion: The statistical results of the experimental data show that the added flavor of Buyang Huanwu Decoction have a good therapeutic effect on Qi-yin deficiency with blood stasis syndrome in type 2 diabetes mellitus.In addition,there is no obvious adverse reaction in the experiment,which verifies the clinical efficacy and safety of this formula,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
