Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Psoas Muscle Strain(Type Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis) By Acupuncture With Promoting Blood Circulation And Removing Blood Stasis

Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the difference between the treatment of lumbar muscle strain(type of qi stagnation and blood stasis)by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture method,and summarize whether the treatment of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupuncture method has advantages compared with the traditional acupuncture therapy through the analysis of statistical data.To explore the mechanism of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupuncture in treating this disease.Methods: A total of 72 outpatients in the area of acupuncture and moxibustion who met the inclusion criteria were collected.Patients who were removed and removed,30 cases in the treatment group of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and 30 cases in the control group of conventional acupuncture were treated for 6 consecutive days,with 1 day of rest,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.The main evaluation indicators were visual pain analog scale(VAS)and Roland Morris dysfunction questionnaire(RMDQ).The improvement of clinical symptoms of patients before treatment,after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment were statistically analyzed to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.The total number of patients was 72(36 cases in the treatment group,and 6 cases fell out;The baseline data(gender,age,and course of disease by questionnaire scoring)of the two groups were compared before treatment,and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients,P > 0.05,indicating comparability between the two groups.2.After 1 course of treatment,compared with before treatment,the VAS score and RMDQ score in 2 groups were all decreased(P<0.05),and there were significant differences between the control group and the treatment group(P<0.05).VAS score and RMDQ score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The comparison of the overall effective rate between the treatment group and the control group showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%.After statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups,P <0.05,which was statistically significant.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: This study proved that the treatment of lumbar muscle strain by activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupuncture has a better effect than conventional acupuncture therapy.The treatment is simple,safe and effective.
