Clinical Study Of Moxibustion Combined With Acupoint Embedding Thread In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective: The main purpose of this opic is to observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding and oral Mosapril citrate dispersing tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,and compare the difference in efficacy of the two methods,so as to confirm that moxibustion combined with acupoint catgut embedding has exact clinical efficacy and advantages in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods: In this study,72 patients were observed from the acupuncture and moxibustion department outpatient department,gastroenterology department outpatient department and treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 72 patients meeting the criteria were included,and they were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random classification,with 36 cases in each group.Treatment group: Acupoint selection:moxibustion acupoint selection: the main point: Zhongwan,Zusanli(double),Pi shu(double),Qi hai,Guan Yuan.Acupoints: Zhongwan,Zusanli(double),Pishu(double).On the first day of moxibustion treatment,continuous moxibustion operation for 5 days,on the sixth day of thread embedding treatment,rest for 4 days,so cycle 3 times,a total of 30 days of treatment.Control Group: mosapride dispersible tablets,one tablet at a time(5g),3 times a day,for a total of 30 days.All patients are advised to develop good eating habits.In two groups of patients before and after the treatment with the corresponding data collection,completed in all patients after appropriate treatment,the two groups before and after treatment in the data analysis and comparison,thus determine moxibustion combined with acupuncture point bury line and oral moser will benefit dispersible tablets whether on functional dyspepsia treatment effect and the existence of curative effects.Results: After treatment,the data of the two groups were compared with the corresponding data before treatment in this group.Significant differences were found in all three data.Comparison and analysis of the data after treatment between the two groups showed that there were statistical differences in traditional chinese medision symptom total score,niping dyspepsia symptom index score and three single traditional chinese medision symptoms of distention and fullness,fatigue and eating less(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%,and that of the control group was 79.41%(P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with oral mosapril dispersive tablets,moxibustion combined with acupoint embedding can improve the overall clinical symptoms of Chinese and western medicine with functional dyspepsia,especially in improving the three single symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,such as distention and fullness,fatigue and eating less.This method is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
