| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of selective spinal tuina on functional dyspepsia in children with spastic cerebral palsy and explore its possible mechanism,in order to provide a new scheme for improving the symptoms of functional dyspepsia in children with spastic cerebral palsy and promoting their rehabilitation as soon as possible. Methods and materialsSixty-six children with spastic cerebral palsy with functional dyspepsia assessed by the discharge criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group(n = 33)and the control group(n = 33)for every six patients.During the study,3 cases(n = 3)withdrew from the study due to personal reasons,so 63 cases,33 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group were actually enrolled. The control group was treated with oral Bacillus subtilis bicombined living granules, dosage and usage: < 2 years old,1g/ time,once/day;≥2 years old,1~2g/ time,once/day.Rinse with water below 40℃.One week for a course of treatment,a total of3 courses. The experimental group was additionally treated with selective spinal massage on the basis of the control group.Selective spinal massage was treated once every other day,30 minutes each time,3 times a week,a course of treatment for a week,a total of 3 courses of treatment; Both groups were treated with the same feeding principles, health care, nursing guidance, and routine rehabilitation treatment. Two groups, respectively,on the first day in the group before and after the treatment of children is measured by the appraiser height, weight, and functional dyspepsia symptoms integral table,GMFM-88-item list and spasm cerebral palsy of TCM syndrome integral table respectively evaluate the digestive function and motor function and the overall situation of rehabilitation, with infrared thermal imager to collect the infrared thermal imaging figure, abdomen bilateral day pivot is extracted through Analyz IR software infrared temperature, often in the hole area.IBM SPSS software was used for statistical analysis.Result1.Comparison of general conditions between the two groups of childrenBefore treatment, there was no significant difference in age, sex, weight and height between the control group and the experimental group(P > 0.05).At the end of the course of treatment, the height of the experimental group before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.73 ±10.44)cm,and the height of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment, the height of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.73 ±10.44)cm(P < 0.01),and the height of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.73 ±10.44)cm.The body weight of the experimental group before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The body weight of the experimental group before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The body weight of the control group before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The body weight of the experimental group before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The body weight of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in height and weight between the test group and the control group(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of symptom scores of functional dyspepsia between the two groupsBefore treatment, the score of the test group was comparable to that of the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).After the course of treatment, the score of the test group before treatment(16.27±3.38)was significantly higher than that of the control group(5.63±3.16)(P < 0.05),and the score of the control group(16.26 ±3.20)was significantly higher than that of the control group(9.16 ±3.87)(P < 0.05).The improvement of the test group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of gross motor function assessment score(GMFM-88)between the two groupsBefore treatment, the score of the test group was comparable to that of the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).At the end of the course of treatment, the scores of the experimental group before treatment were compared with those after treatment(102.00 ±67.31),and the scores of the control group before treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(80.33 ±61.70),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores between two groups of children with spastic cerebral palsyBefore treatment, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).At the end of the course of treatment, the integral value of the test group before treatment(36.87 ±3.13)was compared with that of the control group(40.66 ±3.15),and that of the control group(35.16 ±4.42)was significantly higher than that of the control group(37.73 ±4.28)(P < 0.05).The score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of infrared thermal imaging temperature of sensitized acupoint area between two groups of childrenBefore treatment, there was no significant difference in infrared temperature of bilateral Tianshu and Zhongwan acupoints between the two groups(P > 0.05).After the course of treatment, the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: the infrared temperature of bilateral Tianshu and Zhongwan acupoints was significantly different from that after treatment(P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: there were significant differences in infrared temperature of bilateral Tianshu and Zhongwan acupoints between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Selective spinal tuina can effectively improve the symptoms of functional dyspepsia in children with spastic cerebral palsy and further improve the rehabilitation effect of children, which is worthy of promotion and application.2.Selective spinal tuina and oral administration of Bacillus subtilis bicombined living particles can promote the growth and development of children, improve the gross motor function, improve the overall disease resistance and rehabilitation ability of children,The experimental group was better than the control group in improving the overall disease resistance and rehabilitation ability of children.3.The mechanism of selective spinal tuina in improving the symptoms of functional dyspepsia in children with spastic cerebral palsy may be related to the increase of local sensitized acupoint temperature, but the correlation between them needs further study. |
