Observation On The Curative Effect Of Adding And Subtracting Buyang Huanwu Decoction And Erchen Decoction Plus Or Minus On Senile Hypertension(Qi Deficiency Phlegm Stasis Type)

Objective:This study investigated the efficacy and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Erchen Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension(type of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis)by observing the changes of TCM syndrome scores,24-hour dynamic blood pressure and safety indexes before and after treatment.Methods:Ninety-six elderly patients with Qi-deficiency and phlegm-stasis type hypertension meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine(amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablet),the treatment group was added Buy anghuanwu decoction and Erchen decoction plus or minus.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.To comprehensively evaluate the efficacy and safety of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Erchen Decoction in the treatment of senile hypertension(type of Qi deficiency and phlegm stasis)by observing the results of related indexes of efficacy and safety.Results:The TCM syndrome score and blood pressure level of the elderly hypertension(Qi deficiency phlegm stasis type)were improved to some extent between the two groups.The improvement of single symptom score in treatment group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05).The total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.01),and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP and n DBP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.01).After treatment,PP was no statistical significance(P > 0.05)between the two groups.During the trial,the drugs had no significant effect on the three routines(blood,urine,stool +OB),blood lipid,liver and kidney function,ECG,etc.Conclusion:The treatment of buyang huanwu decoction and erchen decoction combined with western medicine(amlodipine benzenesulfate tablet)can further improve the related clinical symptoms and blood pressure level of elderly patients with hyper tension of qi deficiency and phlegm stasis,and it is safe.
