Objective: To explore the effect of Siyinfang on NF-KB in the treatment of apoplexy and its clinical effect on ischemic stroke(phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals).methods:In the experimental study,54 rats were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely sham operation group,model group,and traditional Chinese medicine group.Neurological function scores were performed on the 1,7,and 14 days after cerebral ischemia and reperfusion to observe different times Point the mouse mortality and neurological function scores,and use Western blotting to check the expression of NF-KB in each group at each time.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,72 patients with ischemic stroke(phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals)were selected and randomly divided into2 groups,each with 36 persons.The treatment group received conventional treatment combined with four factors,and the control group received conventional treatment.Before and after treatment,score the TCM syndrome score,BI index evaluation and NIHSS score scale,and perform statistical analysis on the sorted scale to facilitate the evaluation of the four-factor prescription for ischemic stroke(phlegm and blood stasis).Obstructive Collateral Syndrome)clinical efficacy.results:1.The neurobehavioral comparison of the three groups of rats in the experimental study showed that the sham operation group was significantly lower than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the model group(P < 0.01);the improvement of the neurological function score of the traditional Chinese medicine group on the first day was consistent with that of the MCAO model group on the first day(p>0.05);The 7d neurological score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the model group 7d(p<0.05);the 14 d neurobehavioral score of the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the model group 14d(p < 0.05).The recovery of nerve function in the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly better than that in the model group,suggesting that the four-factor prescription can promote the repair of neurological deficits in MCAO rats;both the traditional Chinese medicine group and the MCAO model group improved significantly within 14 days(P<0.05).2.Experimental study on the expression level of NF-KB protein in the hippocampus of the three groups of rats;the level of histone protein expression in the traditional Chinese medicine group and MCAO model was the highest at 7 days after surgery,and gradually decreased after 14 days,suggesting that cerebral ischemia damage can cause NF-KB in the hippocampus.KB protein increased;after 1d,7d,and 14 d of ischemia-reperfusion,the expression of NF-KB protein in the hippocampus of the MCAO model group was higher than that of the electroacupuncture group(p<0.05).It is suggested that the four-factor formula can reduce the expression of NF-KB protein in the hippocampus and relieve the symptoms of treatment,the two groups improved after treatment(P < 0.05),the NIHSS score between the two groups was compared after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group;the two groups of BI scales The degree of scoring improvement was consistent(P>0.05).6.In the clinical study,the single symptoms before treatment in the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).After treatment in the treatment group,hemiplegia,crooked mouth and tongue,astringent speech,aching limbs,dizziness,palpitations,dull complexion,coughing,phlegm,drinking water Symptoms such as multiple or stickiness were improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05);the symptoms of hemiplegia,crooked tongue,astringent speech,agitated limbs,dizziness,and dull complexion in the control group were all improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05);Comparing the treatment group with the control group after drinking water,coughing,sputum or stickiness,the treatment group has better curative effect(P<0.05).The two groups had the same curative effect on hemiplegia,crooked mouth and tongue,astringent speech,numbness,dysphoria,dizziness,palpitations,and dull complexion(P>0.05).Conclusion: Siyin Recipe can reduce the protein expression of NF-KB in hippocampus and cortex after ischemic stroke,thereby speeding up the recovery of neurological deficits.Siyin Recipe has a certain clinical effect on ischemic stroke(phlegm and blood stasis blocking the collaterals).The treatment group is better than the control group in the efficacy index,improvement of TCM syndrome score,and NIHSS score. |
