Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Easy Cupping(wind Heat Invading The Exterior Syndrome)in The Treatment Of Infantile Herpangina

Objective: Observe the clinical efficacy of Easy Cupping in the adjuvant treatment of infantile herpangina(wind heat invading exterior syndrome),analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Easy Cuppingin the adjuvant treatment of infantile herpangina(wind heat invading exterior syndrome),and explore a new method with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in the treatment of infantile herpangina.Methods: Using the random number table method,60 children with herpetic angina who met the inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with yinqiao powder,and the treatment group was treated with Easy Cuppingin(once every 5 days)for 7 days.The improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:1 The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%.Compared with the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).2 In terms of heat subsidence time,herpes subsidence time and improvement of clinical symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is safe and reliable in clinical application,convenient and practical,and provides a new method for the clinical treatment of children with herpangina.
