| Objective: According on the principles of evidence-based medicine,a first draft of “Clinical Guideline on Traditional Chinese Medicine Alone or Combined with Antibiotics for Children with Bacterial Pneumonia” was developed through the Delphi process and the expert argument.Methods: A first round of expert questionnaires was developed on the basis of the literature study and emailed to the 60 experts selected nationally based on the Delphi principles of expert selection.The statistical analysis of their results after the first round of questionnaire was returned and combined with expert written opinions to form the second round of questionnaire,was again sent to 40 experts,and their results were statistically analyzed after the questionnaire was returned and summarized to form the draft of “Clinical Guideline on Traditional Chinese Medicine Alone or Combined with Antibiotics for Children with Bacterial Pneumonia”.To convene an expert argument meeting,to carry out the draft of the argument and further discuss its main issues,and to gather the expert opinions to form the first draft of “Clinical Guideline on Traditional Chinese Medicine Alone or Combined with Antibiotics for Children with Bacterial Pneumonia”.Results: A total of two rounds of expert questionnaires were conducted on the basis of literature research.The results of the first two rounds of statistical analysis of the questionnaire and the written opinions of experts from both rounds were compiled to form a draft of “Clinical Guideline on Traditional Chinese Medicine Alone or Combined with Antibiotics for Children with Bacterial Pneumonia”.Conclusion: The Delphi method and the expert demonstration were applicated to form the first draft of“Clinical Guideline on Traditional Chinese Medicine Alone or Combined with Antibiotics for Children with Bacterial Pneumonia” on the basis of literature research.Lay a foundation for further research of the standard. |
