Clinical Study Of Shendi Xiaoke Shen’an Decoction In The Treatment Of Diabetic Nephropathy(Qiyin Deficiency And Stasis And Toxin Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Shendi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction on xiaoke nephropathy(qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome),and to provide a new feasible theory and method for clinical differentiation and treatment of this disease.Methods: Seventy-two patients xiaoke nephropathy(qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received routine basic treatment,including regulation of blood glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and diabetes education.In the treatment group,Shendi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction was added,which was decocted with water 120ml/ time,1 dose per day,and taken warm after breakfast,lunch and supper.The control group was added with valsartan capsule,80mg/ time,once a day orally.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and lasted for 3 courses.The improvement of clinical symptoms,signs and related physical and chemical indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results: A total of 63 cases were completed after removal,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.After 3 courses of clinical trial observation,the total efficacy evaluation result is the total effective rate of the treatment group is 84.38%,the total effective rate of the control group is 64.52%(P < 0.05),there is a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the laboratory indicators;The evaluation result of TCM symptom efficacy was that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.50%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 64.52%(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.Conclusion: Shendi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction has a better efficacy than Valsartan capsule in the treatment of xiaoke nephropathy(qiyin deficiency and stasis and toxin syndrome).It can significantly improve the related clinical symptoms and physical and chemical examination indexes of patients,and has a positive effect on delaying the course of xiaoke nephropathy with good safety.
