Study On Mechanism Of Analysis Of The Diagnosis And Treatment Characteristics Of The Plague Origin Based On The Theory Of Five Transportation And Six Qi In The Neijing

Objective: Based on the theory of five movements and six qi in Neijing,to study the theory,method,prescription,medicine and other theories of plague prevention in Ma Yinlin’s The Origin of Plague,to explore the characteristics of plague treatment,and to guide the prevention and treatment of clinical plague diseases.Methods: This article uses methods such as inductive summary and content analysis to study the basic content of the five movements and six qi in the Origin of Plague,the characteristics of common diseases during the five movements and six qi,the rules of occurrence of the plague,the characteristics of symptoms,the principles of treatment,and the examination of medical records.The use of mathematical research methods to study the characteristics of the prescriptions and medications of the five movements and six qi prescriptions in "The Origin of the Plague".Combing the author’s treatment characteristics of plague diseases,and clarify the principles and application value of five movements and six qi and plague.Results:1.The basic content of the Five Movements and Six Qi in "The Origin of the Plague" is consistent with the theory of the Five Movements and Six Qi in the "Inner Classics".2."The Origin of Plague",the discussion of five movements and six qi weather,and people’s diseases summarized 34 years prone to plague.Including 10 three-year years of dispelling the epidemic,14 years of five depressions causing epidemics,and 8 years of micro-epidemics.Among them,the three years of discourse on the epidemic are different from those in Neijing.3.Ma Yinlin combined the theory of Five Movements and Five Depressions in the "Internal Classics" with Wu Youke’s thoughts on the treatment of plague.It is believed that the main symptom of the plague is fever,and different years of life have different depressions.In the treatment method,it is proposed to clear away heat as the main method,and according to the five-Yu treatment,it is also used to dispel depression.4.Ma Yinlin treats the plague based on five plague pills,supplemented with different prescriptions according to different movements characteristics.Use Wuwendan and Xiehuangsan for disease of earth depression;Wuwendan plus Longdan Xiegan Tang for disease of Muyu;use Wuwendan plus bamboo leaf Daochisan for disease of Junhuoyu for epidemic;use Huoyu for epidemic situation Five plague Dan plus Liang Ge San;water depression uses five plague Dan plus Qingdai detoxification drink for epidemic disease.Wuwendan is a special treatment for plague fever,and the characteristics of the remaining six prescriptions are mainly to treat the disease of the viscera caused by evil qi.In terms of medication,the four qi is cold medicine,the five flavors are mainly bitter medicines,and there are no heat and sour medicines;the main channel is the lung meridian.5.The part of the plague case and the plague rule test is Ma Yinlin’s practice and verification of his earlier five movements and six qi plague theory.The disease characteristics and climate characteristics appearing in it are basically consistent with Ma Yinlin’s earlier academic thoughts.Conclusions:1.Ma Yinlin applied the theory of five movements and six qi to plague studies,and returned to the appointment from the Bo."The Origin of Plague" is a monograph on the plague based on the theory of Five Movements and Six Qi.2."The Origin of Plague" inherits the theory of Five Movements and Six Qi in Neijing,sums up the years prone to plague,and divides the plague into three types: three-year epidemic,five fever,combined with the manifestations of the five depressions,which play a guiding role in the differentiation of plague diseases under different conditions of movements.4.Combining the heat syndrome of the current plague with the five movements and five depressions in the treatment,and proposes the treatment principle of the combination of clearing heat and dissipating depression,which not only inherits the theory of five movements and six qi,and the characteristics of plague,but also makes innovations.5.The seven formulas for the five elements and six qi listed in "The Origin of Plague" are all taken from his works,corresponding to the plague of time and five depressions respectively,and mainly treat the depression and heat evil of the corresponding internal organs of the five elements and five depressions,which conform to certain characteristics of luck;In terms of odor,bitter cold is often used,and drugs return to the lung meridian,which reflects the basic treatment of plague
