| Objective: Through standardized nursing operations, ultrasound conduction target penetration of drugs on ulcerative colitis(Ulcerative Colitis,UC)to observe the effect of its application.Method: This trial is a randomized controlled trial.Selected UC patients in the Gastroenterology Department of a tertiary A hospital in Jilin Province from October 2019 to October 2020 as the research objects. In the end, there were 72 patients with UC who met the diagnostic inclusion and exclusion criteria.Randomly divided into control group,36 cases in each observation group. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, with drug retention enema. On the basis of conventional treatment and nursing care in the control group, the observation group used ultrasound conduction target permeation to observe the application effect.Through standardized training and nursing operations, continuous intervention for 2 weeks. Two weeks later, inflammatory indicators(ESR,CRP)and modified Mayo scores were used, and safety feedback was used to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention. Results: The 72 patients with ulcerative colitis were included in the 2-week effect evaluation.Among them, there were 36 cases in the control group and 36 cases in the observation group.(1)Before intervention: There was no statistically significant difference in the general data of UC between the two groups(P>0.05).The inflammatory indexes(ESR,CRP)of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable. The modified Mayo score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)After 2 weeks of intervention: Comparing the inflammatory indexes(ESR,CRP)of the two groups of patients, although the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the level of inflammation in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group.Compared the modified Mayo score between the two groups, although the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the score of the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group.(3)After 2 weeks of intervention: According to the modified Mayo score table of the two groups of patients, the intervention rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. No adverse reactions such as intestinal spasm, mucosal edema, and bleeding occurred in the control group. Conclusion: Compared with traditional medicine enema, ultrasound conduction target permeabilization has better curative effect and alleviating effect.Patients are generally accepted more, and there is no adverse reaction such as intestinal spasm, mucosal edema or bleeding. Therefore, this study believes that ultrasound conduction target permeation can be used as a new treatment method to solve the adaptability of traditional drug enema and provide more choices for UC patients. |
