Objective: Through the investigation of the pressure perception status of elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun City, the influencing factors of the pressure perception of elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun City are explored, and practical suggestions are put forward on the influencing factors,so as to effectively improve the pressure perception level of patients and reduce the risk of disease.Physical and mental health impact. Methods: A simple random sampling method is used to select elderly hypertensive patients undergoing physical examinations in 4 community health service centers in Changchun City as the survey subjects. After obtaining the informed consent of the survey subjects, they fill in the questionnaire. The questionnaire mainly includes: general information questionnaire, simplified self-perception aging Scale(B-APQ Scale),Adult Quality Hope Scale(ADHS Scale),Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS Scale),Pressure Perception Scale(PSS Scale),Family Care Scale(APGAR Scale). After using Epidata 3.1 software to establish a database for data double entry, use SPSS 22.0 software to statistically describe the general condition and pressure perception of elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun City, and use multiple linear regression to analyze the factors affecting the pressure perception level of elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun City Carry out research, and then use AMOS 24.0 software to build a structural equation model to conduct a deeper research on the relationship between influencing factors. Results: 1.There are a total of 433 elderly hypertensive patients in this survey,of which 240 are males, accounting for 55.4%,and 193 are females, accounting for 44.6%.From the perspective of age distribution, there are 315 subjects aged 60 to 70,accounting for 72.7.%,118 subjects were 71 years old or older, accounting for 27.3%.2.The total stress perception score of the 433 survey subjects was(38.92 ± 6.63),which was at a medium level.Among them, the score of the sense of loss of control was(18.14±4.61)and the score of the strain was(21.19±5.61),both of which were also at the middle level.Which shows that the subjects in this study have general control over their perception of pressure, and the patients have low belief in the prevention and treatment of hypertension.3.Through the single-factor and multi-factor analysis of the pressure perception of elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun City,it can be concluded that BMI(F=2.736,P=0.043),residence(F=8.531,P=0.000),residential arrangement(F=4.153,P=0.006),education level(F=5.819,P=0.001),marital satisfaction(F=5.249,P=0.006),family relationship(F=3.592,P=0.028),exercise frequency(F =5.482,P=0.001),elderly activities(F=6.689,P=0.001),self-perceived aging(r=0.447,P<0.01),adult quality hope(r=-0.477,P < 0.01),sleep status(r=0.341,P < 0.01),family care(r=-0.253,P < 0.01)have a significant impact on total stress perception;residence(F=10.961,P=0.000)and education level(F=2.988,P=0.031)is the influencing factor of the dimension of pressure perception out of control;residence(F=3.676,P=0.026),education level(F=5.194,P=0.002),marriage satisfaction(F=11.721,P=0.000),family relations(F=7.127,P=0.001),exercise frequency(F=6.766,P=0.000),and elderly activities(F=3.294,P=0.038)are the main influencing factors of the tension dimension of stress perception.4.By constructing a structural equation model,it is found that the main factors affecting the perception of stress in elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun ’ s community are self-perceived aging, adult quality hope, and family care.Observing the path coefficients shows that self-perceived aging(t=6.327),Path coefficient=0.586)has the greatest impact on pressure perception, followed by adult quality hope(t=-3.789,path coefficient=-0.288),family care(t=-2.683,path coefficient=-0.146).Conclusion: 1.The pressure perception of elderly hypertensive patients in Changchun City is at a moderate level and needs to be improved;2.Good marriage satisfaction,low-level self-perceived aging,high-level adult quality hope, good sleep, and high family care are protective factors for pressure perception in elderly hypertensive patients;structural equation model shows the influence of adult quality hope in it The largest, and the factors are related to each other.
