| Objective:To explore the correlation between neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR),red blood cell distribution width(RDW),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP)and acute ischemic stroke(AIS)severity. Methods:A total of 589 patients with AIS treated in the Emergency Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to May 2020 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the severity of the disease was evaluated by NIHSS score. The patients in the case group were divided into three subgroups:mild group(n=98),moderate group(n=65)and severe group(n=38).The basic data, medical history and laboratory indexes of all patients were recorded, the relevant indexes of the case group and the control group were compared, and the correlation between NLR,RDW,hs-CRP and NIHSS score was analyzed. At the same time,Single factor analysis of variance was used to analyze the correlation between NLR,RDW,hs-CRP and the severity of acute ischemic stroke. Results:There were significant differences in white blood cell count, neutrophil count and NLR,RDW,hs-CRP,homocysteine between the case group and the control group(P<0.05),and there was a positive correlation between NLR,RDW,hs-CRP and NIHSS score(r=0.312,P<0.05;r=0.477,P<0.05;r=0.532,P<0.05).There were significant differences in the levels of NLR,RDW and hs-CRP in mild, moderate and severe groups.Conclusion:NLR,RDW,hs-CRP are positively correlated with NIHSS scores;the higher the NLR,RDW,hs-CRP levels at admission, the more serious the condition of AIS patients is;... |
