| ObjectivesIn recent years, with the increasing incidence of colorectal cancer, opportunistic screening of colorectal tumors has attracted great attention and attention.for early diagnosis and treatment,it is particularly important to explore the value of fecal DNA detection in colorectal tumor opportunistic screening. Therefore, the clinical diagnostic efficacy of fecal DNA detection and immune fecal occult blood test(IFOBT)was compared and analyzed in colorectal tumor opportunistic screening, thus providing a theoretical basis for seeking more suitable methods for colorectal tumor opportunistic screening.MethodsUsing the colorectal cancer screening table from March 2019 to March2021,130 patients who met the standard of excretion were selected as the subjects. After the baseline data were registered, the questionnaire survey was carried out,and the detection rate of opportunistic screening colorectal tumors was analyzed by SPSS26.0 statistical software. The fecal samples of the subjects were collected to compare the diagnostic efficacy of fecal DNA detection and IFOBT.Results1.Among the 124 eligible and IFOBT specimens collected,And under the faecal DNA test,The positive rates of CRC group(n=31 cases),CRA group(58cases)and control group(35 cases)were 77.72%,46.55% and 11.43%respectively;And under IFOBT law,The corresponding positive rates were70.79%,36.21% and 28.57% respectively.Compared to IFOBT,The positive rate was higher in CRC and CRA groups under fecal DNA test, but the positive rate was lower in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time The positive rate of CRC and CRA screening was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).2.The missed diagnosis rate of the CRC group was 11.11 under fecal DNA detection, while the corresponding missed diagnosis rate under IFOBT method was 15.38,and the former was lower(P<0.05).The screening results of missed diagnosis rate in CRA group also showed that the missed diagnosis rate of fecal DNA detection method was 32.50% lower than that of IFOBT screening method(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of CRA group was lower than that of CRC group(P<0.05).3.The diagnostic accuracy of fecal DNA was higher than that of IFOBT method(P<0.05).The sensitivity of fecal DNA detection method was higher than that of IFOBT method for the diagnostic sensitivity of CRC group and CRA group.ConclusionsOpportunity screening,as a screening model for colorectal tumors suitable for the basic conditions of our country,is not only non-invasive,but also has higher diagnostic efficiency than the traditional IFOBT screening method. It is worth increasing the application and popularization. |
