| Objective: Through the statistical analysis of the clinical and pathological data of patients with uterine sarcoma,to analyze and study the factors affecting the prognosis of patients with uterine sarcoma, and to provide theoretical guidance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with uterine sarcoma in clinical practice.Method: A total of 46 patients diagnosed with uterine sarcoma who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 1,2014 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research subjects. All the statistical data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS26.0,Kaplan-Meier survival curve and Log-rank test were used for counting data.Cox proportional risk model was used for multivariate analysis. Results: 1.The mean age of onset of uterine sarcoma was(49.89±10.709)years old,and the overall median age was 50 years old.2.The main clinical manifestations of patients with uterine sarcoma were abnormal vaginal bleeding(54.35%)and abdominal mass(21.74%).3.B-ultrasound in most patients with uterine sarcoma can indicate unclear peripheral boundaries, accompanied by low echo areas, rich blood flow signals and other manifestations.4.Hysteroscopic histopathological examination improved the preoperative diagnostic rate of uterine sarcomas, and the preoperative diagnostic rate of uterine sarcomas with different histological types was statistically different(P=0.003).5.Tumor size,FIGO and vascular infiltration were independent risk factors affecting prognosis. Conclusion: 1.If there is abnormal vaginal bleeding and abdominal mass within a short period of time, the possibility of uterine sarcoma should be suspected.2.Hysteroscopic curettage is of great significance in the diagnosis of uterine sarcoma.3.The larger the tumor size and the later FIGO stage, the larger the range of vascular invasion, and the worse the prognosis of uterine sarcoma. |
