| Objective :This study aims at exploreing and understanding the effect of obstructive sleep apnea on the homeostasis of cardiac autonomic nerves. Methods : We selected161 cases with OSAHS as observation group,40 patients who did not meet the OSAHS standard were the control group in our hospital from 2019.6 to 2020.12.The difference between the two groups in basic data,PSG indicators, heart rate variability,MN,NMN were analyzed.According to AHI,the observation was divided into three groups and completed the correlation analysis. Results:The PNN50,average blood oxygen saturation,LSa O2 of the observation were significantly less than the control group,But fastest heart rate、the time of hypopnea、AHI、VMA2 were significantly larger than the control group; The pNN50 of Severe was lower than Mild; There was no significant difference between the two groups in SDNN,r MSSD,MN,NMN,VMA1;The AHI of OSAHS patients was negatively correlated with pNN50;The age of OSAHS patients was negatively correlated with SDNN,r MSSD,pNN50%.Conclusion: 1.Patients with OSAHS have cardiac sympathetic-vagal balance disorder at night, which is mainly manifested by weakened cardiac vagus nerve tone. The tone of the vagus nerve in the heart of OSAHS patients is weakened with the increase of AHI.There is no significant correlation between the age of OSAHS patients and the severity of the disease... |
