Objective: To study the influence of different root filling methods and irrigating agents on the bonding strength of fiber posts, find the factors that affect the bond strength of fiber posts, and provide references for clinical applications. Methods: Collect 48 singleroot mandibular premolars that need to be removed due to orthodontic treatment with inclusion criteria. The crown is cut 16 mm from the root tip. After the root canal preparation is completed by the standard method and the nickel-titanium machine tool Waveone, they are randomly selected Divided into two groups A and B,each with 24 teeth. Both groups AB used hot gutta to fill theroot canals with vertical pressure.Group A only filled the lower 1/3 of the root canal, and group B filled the entire root canal before preparing the pile;Divided into three subgroups, each with 8 tablets,A1 and B1 groups: 0.9%Na Cl+17%ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)solution;A2,B2 groups: 0.9%Na Cl+17%ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)+3%NaOCl;A3,B3 groups: 0.9%Na Cl+17%ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)+5.25%NaOCl.After 1 week, use a microtome to cut the samples into slices with a thickness of 1±0.5mm,and use an electronic universal testing machine to measure the bonding strength(BS)of the fiber post. Results: The data was analyzed by factorial design analysis of variance, and the LSDmethod was used for pairwise comparison between the groups. It was concluded that the difference in bonding strength(BS)between the two root filling methods was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the pile flushing agents was also statistically significant(P<0.05);and there is no interaction between root filling method and irrigant(P>0.05).The level of bonding strength(BS)was statistically significant when compared with 17%ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)solution,3%NaOCl and 5.25%NaOCl(P<0.05);the difference between 5.25%NaOCl and 3% NaOCl was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: The lower 1/3 of the root canal will significantly increase the bonding strength(BS)ofthe fiber post;the use of 17% ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)solution sign-ificantly improves the bonding strength(BS)of the fiber post, but ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)and two There is no difference in the bonding strength(BS)of the fiber post when the concentration of NaOCl is used in combination. There is no interaction between root filling method and pile flushing agent.
