Objective: To analyze the morphological characteristics of optic disc damage in early CPACG,including RNFL、BMO-MRW related parameters measured by OCT.Methods:31 cases(56 eyes)of recently diagnosed CPACG patients in our department from January2020 to July 2020 were view as the observation group, and 31 cases(53 eyes)of healthy examiners were view as the control group, all of patients are use OCT technology. This information were measured and analyzed, and drawing the ROC curve of the measurement index, measurement index`s specificity and sensitivity and area under the curve were calculated. Results: The basic data of each group of testers were contrasted: such as age, gender, best corrected visual acuity and median corneal thickness, and the difference was no significant in statistics. In the RNFL test results, the whole-week average of the optic disc, nasal quadrant, upper nasal quadrant, inferior nasal quadrant, temporal quadrant, superior temporal quadrant, and inferior temporal quadrant of the inspected persons in the observation group were smaller than the control group.Among the BMO-based optic discrelated parameters, the width and depth of the optic cup of the observation group are higher than the control group, while the nasal BMO-MRW is lower than the control group. In the control group, the difference was significant in statistics.Compared with the healthy control group, there was rarely significant difference in statistics between BMO and temporal BMO-MRW.The results of calculating the area under the ROC curve of each index: the average value of the entire optic disc> the inferior nasal quadrant> the inferior temporal quadrant> the superior nasal quadrant> the superior temporal quadrant> the depth of the optic cup> the nasal quadrant> the temporal quadrant> the nasal BMO-MRW> the visual Cup width. Conclusion: OCT has the advantages of contactless, perfect repeatability and fast imaging speed. It can accurately measure optic disc morphology indicators such as RNFL and BMO-MRW.Its changes can distinguish early CPACG from normal people.OCT can be widely used in early CPACG,when clinical diagnosis were made. Moreover, the thickness of RNFL among the above-mentioned related parameters have significant valuable than BMO-MRW related parameters of optic disc.
