Objective: To investigate the correlation between the features of infiltrating du ctal carcinoma of breast and its metastasis in mammography. Methods: The imagin g data of 118 children with suspected congenital pylorus hypertrophy diagnosed an d treated in the people’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from Jan uary 2013 to October 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The application value ofhigh frequency ultrasound and X-ray upper gastrointestinal radiography in the diag nosis of newborn congenital pylorus hypertrophy was compared the data of mamm ography characteristics of 380 IDC patients from January 2015 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Chi-Square test and Logistic regression analysis wereperformed to analyze the relationship of mammographic signs between metastatic I DC in 184 patients and 196 patients without metastasis. Results: Calcification with out mass,Thickening of the areola and surrounding skin,The lesion is located in the outer-upper quadrant(OUQ),primary tumor size(>5cm),Axillary lymphadeno pathy contributed to metastasis in 380 cases, according to univariate analysis(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed Axillary lymphadenopathy,The morphology of the lesion and the presence of calcification, lesion location,an d patient age were independent risk factors for metastatic IDC(P<0.05).Conclusion:The younger the patient with IDC,Thickening of the areola and surrounding skin,The lesion is located in the outer-upper quadrant(OUQ),calcification without ma ss,Axillary lymphadenopathy,The larger mass are more likely to have metastatic breast cancer and mammographic related signs have some value in judging the mal ignant degree of IDC. |
