Design And Implementation Of Clinical Research Data Management System For Liver Transplantation

At present,major domestic hospitals have achieved information management of the whole process of patient diagnosis and treatment,and apply this information to clinical research.However,due to the dispersion of the patient’s treatment data in the business system of HIS,LIS,PACS,the data has not been integrated,resulting in clinical research needs to be related to data correlation analysis from multiple dimensions,and requires manual export data from each business system to integrate,low efficiency And unable to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the data.Therefore,it is entrusted by the clinical professionals of the liver transplantation.This paper is designed and implemented in MongoDB-based liver transplantation research clinical research data management system.The main tasks are:1.Solutions such as the main processes such as liver transplantation,management and statistical outputs are proposed.Taking clinical research as the main line,design data collection,combing,storage and analysis process,replacing the artificial collection,organizing and verifying the researcher;2.Adopting the MongoDB database to implement the flexible storage and centralized efficient management of data.Inspection,examination,medication,medical history,diagnosis,and patient preoperative evaluation information,intraoperative information,postoperative information,complications information,etc.in patients;3.Provide multi-dimensional data retrieval function.Combine patients basic archives,signs,medical advice,inspection,surgery,surgery,postoperative drug,postoperative complications,and follow-up information,etc.,combined inquiry,multidimensional retrieval eligible patients;4.Implement the dynamic adjustment of the front-end page form,support the flexibility of the liver transplantation clinical data.Clinical research is an exploratory work.As the study needs to increase or modify data items to ensure data retrieval efficiency and data integrity.Dynamic adjustment page form can effectively meet this need.The actual operation of the system indicates that this system can effectively specify and simplify the collection,conversion and loading process of liver transplant research data,so that liver transplantation clinical researchers put more energy into trial design and data analysis.
