| Objective:To study the application value and clinical significance of nanocarbonlymphnode tracer technique in surgical lymphnode dissection of abdominal neuroblastoma in children.Methods:A total of 40 children with abdominal neuroblastoma admitted to our hospital from August 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups by random table method,with 20 cases in each group.The 20 children who received carbon nanoparticles during lymph node dissection were included in the lymph node tracer group,and the 20 children who did not receive carbon nanoparticles were included in the control group.The total number of lymphnode dissection,lymphnode cancer involvement(positive)rate,operation time,postoperative abdominal drainage tube extubation time and other aspects were compared between the two groups.The follow-up period ranged from 3 months to 28 monthsResults:In children with neuroblastoma,the total number of lymph node dissection in the tracer group was significantly higher than that in the control group(174 VS40)without the injection of nano-carbon,and the number of lymph node dissection was significantly higher than that in the control group[4.5(2.25-12)VS0(0-3)],with statistically significant differences between the two groups.(P<0.05).The number of cancer-involved(positive)lymph nodes dissected was significantly higher than that of the control group(76 VS 18),and the number of cancer-involved(positive)lymph nodes dissected was significantly higher than that of the control group[2(0-7.5)VSO(0-1)],the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).The mean operation time of the nanocarbon group was compared with that of the control group[(3.27±1.45)h vs(2.23±0.95)h],(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The mean drainage tube removal time[7(6-9.25)days vs6.5(6-10)days],P=0.523,There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)Conclusion:Using carbon nanoparticles to trace lymph nodes in pediatric abdominal neuroblastoma can improve the detection rate of lymph nodes,prolong the operative time,and do not affect the postoperative drainage tube removal time. |
