Objective:Of constipation in patients with Parkinson’s disease clinical information collection,six-meridian syndrome type analysis, the study of Parkinson’s disease patients with constipation type of six-meridian syndrome type and distribution characteristics, preliminary explore the clinical effective prescription to treat Parkinson’s disease constipation, adopted the Dachaihu decoction treatment of constipation and observe the clinical curative effect of Parkinson’s disease,is intended to provide a reference for clinicians treating constipation Parkinson’s disease, broadening of Parkinson’s disease syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation, have certain reference value to scientific research and teaching. Methods:In this study,43 patients with constipation in Parkinson’s disease were selected from the Department of Neurology,Wuhan First Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019.The self-designed Parkinson’s disease clinical information collection table(including patients’ general information, past history, family history, four diagnosis information, etc.)was used to collect and sort out the patients’ clinical information.Based on the analysis of the theory of six-meridian syndrome differentiation, the six syndrome types of constipation patients with Parkinson’s disease were obtained, and the common constipation symptoms and the distribution of syndrome types of constipation patients with Parkinson’s disease were studied. The relationship between the distribution of syndromes and age,sex and other factors is also discussed. At the same time,20 patients with six syndrome types with clear evidence of Shaoyang Yangming syndrome were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group(10 cases in each group),treatment group(taking Dachaihu decoction and anti-Parkinson’s western medicine at the same time)and control group(conventional oral anti-Parkinson’s western medicine). Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Observe the improvement of constipation.Results:1.Forty-three patients with Parkinson’s constipation were included in this study, including 21 males and 22 females. The youngest was 44 years old,the largest was 82 years old,and the median age was 66 years old.Five patients had a family history of Parkinson’s disease, accounting for 11.6%.There were 19 patients in the early stage(H-Y grade 1.0~2.5),accounting for 44.2%,and 24 patients in the late stage(H-Y grade 3~5),accounting for 55.8%.There were 9 patients who believed that their constipation was related to taking anti-Parkinson’s disease drugs, accounting for 20.9%,23 patients who believed that their constipation was unrelated to taking anti-Parkinson’s disease drugs, accounting for 53.5%and 11 patients with unclear statements, accounting for25.6%.Constipation occurred before motor symptoms in 20 patients, accounting for 46.5%,constipation occurred after motor symptoms in 15 patients, accounting for 34.9%,and 8patients were unclear, accounting for 18.6%.2.In this study,43 patients with constipation in Parkinson’s disease were collected for their symptoms, which mainly involved two syndrome types of six meridian. The evidences of Shaoyang Yangming syndrome and Yangming Fu syndrome accounted for a large proportion, while the distribution of other syndrome types was scattered.12 patients with Yangming hot junction syndrome, accounting for 27.9%;2cases of other syndromes, accounting for 4.7%.3.After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in the distribution of constipation in male and female patients with Parkinson’s disease(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of constipation in patients with early and late PD(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of syndromes of the six meridians between the young and the middle-aged and the elderly(P > 0.05).4.In this study,Dachaihu decoction was used to treat constipation in Parkinson’s disease. In the treatment group,4 cases were cured,4 cases were improved, and 2 cases were ineffective, with an effective rate of 80%.The effective rate of control group was 0.The difference in effective rate between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Most of the six syndromes of constipation patients with Parkinson’s disease were Shaoyang Yangming syndrome, followed by Yangming hot junction syndrome. There were too few cases of other syndromes, which might be caused by too small sample size,so no statistics were made.2.There was no significant correlation between the distribution of syndromes of six meridians and gender, age and course of PD.3.Dachaihu decoction can improve constipation in patients with Parkinson’s disease. However, due to the limited sample size selected in this study, the effectiveness of Dachaihu decoction in treating constipation in Parkinson’s disease remains to be further studied and verified.
