ObjectiveThis topic aims to observe the clinical effect of Triple needling plus burr treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis, compare it with conventional acupuncture to treat this disease, evaluate the difference in curative effect, and provide for the use of Triple needling plus burr to treat lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis Corresponding objective basis to promote the clinical application of this treatment plan.MethodsFrom October 2019 to October 2020,66 patients who attended the inpatient department and outpatient department of Wuhan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the diagnosis and inclusion criteria of this study were selected and randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group, with 33 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Triple needling plus burr treatment, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated once a day for 5 days as a course of treatment, with a rest period of2 days before the next course of treatment, for a total of two courses of treatment. The changes in the pain VAS score, numbness VAS score, and lesion area of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded to evaluate the therapeutic value of two different acupuncture programs in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. The resultsDuring the course of the study, there were no patients who fell off. There were 33 cases in the Triple needling plus burr treatment group and 33 cases in the conventional acupuncture group.A total of 66 patients completed treatment and observation. The relevant data were included in the statistics. Before treatment, the two groups of patients were compared in age, gender, course of disease, pain VAS score, numbness VAS score, and lesion area.P values were all>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, and the two groups were comparable.1.A comparative analysis of the changes in the pain VAS score, numbness VAS score, and lesion area of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the P values were all< 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant, indicating the ratio of the observation indicators between the two groups after treatment All were improved before treatment.Comparing the indicators of the two groups after treatment, the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the improvement of the observation indicators in the Triple needling plus burr group was better than that of the conventional acupuncture group.2.The overall curative effect analysis of the treatment group and the control group. The specific results show that the treatment group used Triple needling plus burr treatment.Among the 33 patients,10 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective, and the total effective rate was It is 96.97%.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Among the 33 patients,7 were cured,10 were markedly effective,10 were effective, and 6 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 81.82%.The two groups were statistically analyzed. The treatment programs of the two groups were effective for lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. However, after comparison, the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a P value of<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant.Triple needling plus burr group is better than conventional acupuncture group in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.Conclusion1.The use of Triple needling plus burr therapy and conventional ordinary acupuncture for the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis have achieved good clinical effects, and the two treatment options are effective in improving various indicators of patients with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.2.The clinical effect of Triple needling plus burr treatment of this disease is significantly better than that of conventional acupuncture, which can better improve the symptoms of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
