Effect Of "Biaoben Acupoints Combination" Acupuncture On Endometrial Thickness In Patients With Repeated Implantation Failure

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of“Biaoben acupoints combination”Acupuncture on the changes of endometrial thickness,anxiety,depression and clinical pregnancy rate in patients with repeated implantation failure(RIF)after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF).MethodAccording to the order of patients coming to see a doctor,the patients with thin endometrium diagnosed by repeated implantation failure(RIF)of in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET)were included in the study by random number table method,and the patients who quit treatment or fall off due to personal factors and irresistible objective factors were excluded.Finally,30 patients were divided into control group and treatment group treatment group,15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate(trade name: progynova),2mg each time,once a day,for two consecutive courses,a total of two months.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was additionally treated with acupuncture at Baihui(DU20),Guanyua(RN4),Zigong,Neiguan(PC6),Zusanli(ST36),Sanyinjia(SP6),Taichong(LR3),Ganshu(BL18),Pishu(BL20),Shenshu(BL23),Ciliao(BL32),Shenshu,Ciliao,followed by electroacupuncture at the same time,the moxibustion box moxibustion method was used.When acupuncture in supine position,the moxibustion box ignited the moxa stick was placed below Shenque point and above Guanyuan point in the patient’s lower abdomen,so that the patient’s lower abdomen felt warm.When the patient was in prone position,the moxibustion box was placed at the waist where Shenshu and Ciliao were located,and the moxa stick combustion was checked every five minutes to avoid the temperature too much can cause scald or moxa stick can not play a therapeutic role.Each treatment for 20 minutes,twice a week,one month as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for two courses.The endometrial thickness of patients before and after treatment was monitored by color Doppler ultrasound.The anxiety and depression of patients before and after treatment were evaluated by self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the clinical pregnancy rate was recorded.ResultThe endometrial thickness of the patients in the control group and the treatment group after treatment were thicker than before without treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness of the treatment group increased after acupuncture treatment.The degree is more obvious than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of patients’ anxiety and depression,the SAS and SDS scores of the control group and the treatment group after treatment have improved compared with before treatment.It is statistically significant(P<0.05),but the treatment group has a lower score after adding acupuncture treatment,and the degree of relief of anxiety and depression is more obvious than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the final pregnancy outcome It can be seen that after acupuncture treatment,the clinical pregnancy rate of the treatment group is also higher than that of the control group,and the difference is also statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionUnder the guidance of "Biaoben acupoints combination",acupuncture therapy can promote the growth of endometrium,effectively increase the endometrial thickness of patients with repeated implantation failure(RIF)in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET),which may also play a role in endomembrane receptivity(ER).Moreover,it can regulate the anxiety and depression of infertile patients with repeated IVF-ET transplantation failure,adjust the patients’ psychology,and ultimately benefit embryo implantation and clinical pregnancy.
