Objective:This study mainly observed the effects of self-made Jisheng Five H erbs Prescription on clinical symptoms, serum tumor markers, and solid tumor effic acy of patients with colorectal cancer and large intestinal stasis.By observing the c hanges in the scores of each group before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of self-made Jisheng Five Herbs Prescription combined with chemotherapy in the tr eatment of colorectal cancer was evaluated. In addition, statistical analysis of safety indicators is carried out to evaluate the safety of the self-made Jisheng Five Herbs Recipe. Methods:The study cases strictly followed the inclusion and exclusion criteri a.A total of 72 patients with colorectal stasis-type advanced colorectal cancer were selected from 2020.01 to 2020.12 in the famous Chinese medicine studio of Shanx i Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital. The random numbe r table method was used to divide the patients into observation groups and Control group(36 cases each). The control group was treated with single-agent capecitabin e orally, and the observation group was treated with capecitabine combined with sel fmade Jisheng Five Herbs Prescription. The 21-day program is a course of treatme nt,and 2 courses of treatment are observed. To evaluate the efficacy of solid tumor s,tumor markers,TCM syndrome scores, quality of life observations, and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment.Use SPSS26.0 s tatistical software to process and analyze the obtained data.Results:1.Efficacy of solid tumors: After two courses of treatment, the tumor disease control rate(DCR)of the observation group was 82.7%,and the clinical eff ective rate was 14.3%;the tumor disease control rate(DCR)of the control group was 80%,and the clinical effective rate was 8.6%.Comparison between the two gr oups,P=0.521>0.05,there was no statistical difference.2.Tumor indicators: After t wo courses of treatment, the CEA and CA199 indicators of the two groups were lo wer than those before treatment, but they were not obvious, and the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the treatment effects of the two groups were not different in terms of tumor indicators.3.Total scores of TCM syndromes:After two courses of treatment, the total scores of the observation group and the c ontrol group were lower than before. There were statistical differences between the two groups, but the total scores of TCM syndromes of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group. The effective rate of syndromes was higher than that of the control group,80% of the observation group,51% of the control group,P=0.019,both were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared wi th the control group, the observation group improved patients’ abdominal pain, appe tite, and There are obvious advantages in fatigue symptoms, and the difference is st atistically significant(P<0.05).4.KPS score: After the two courses of treatment,th e quality of life score of the observation group increased, but the control group did not change significantly. There was a significant difference in the quality of life s core between the two groups,P=0.008;the score before and after the observation g roup was different,P=0.002;control There was no significant change in the scores before and after the group,P=0.414,indicating that Chinese medicine has obvious a dvantages in improving the quality of life of colorectal cancer in combination with chemotherapy.5.Toxic and side effects: During the two courses of treatment,no se rious adverse events occurred in the two groups of patients. There was no significa nt difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group a nd the control group(P=0.115),indicating that the efficacy of traditional Chinese m edicine combined with chemotherapy was enhanced and not aggravated.medication side effect.Conclusion:Self-made Jisheng Five Herbs Prescription combined with capecita bine chemotherapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, quality of life a nd TCM syndrome scores of advanced colorectal cancer, without obvious side effect s,and has a certain effect on alleviating adverse reactions after chemotherapy. The clinical advantage is more simple.Drug chemotherapy is obvious, but it is still nec essary to strengthen research in the control of solid tumors and tumor indicators.
