Clinical Study On Treating The 3rd Stage Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency In Chronic Kidney Disease By Treating The Kidney From The Liver

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zishen Qinggan Decoction in the treatment of stage 3 chronic kidney disease(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome).Methods:In this randomized controlled trial,66 patients with stage 3 chronic kidney disease(liver and kidney yin deficiency)who met the inclusion criteria were treated at Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2019 to September 2020 for intervention The control group was treated with basic western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with the addition of Zishen Qinggan Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment.The treatment cycle is 12 weeks,and the patient’s symptom scores are observed at 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,renal function,plasma albumin and other information are detected,and data statistics are performed.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,average age,course of disease,TCM syndrome scores,Cr,BUN,GFR,UA,Alb,Hb,etc.(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before treatment and at 6 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),while after 12 weeks of treatment,the difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.There was no statistically significant difference in GRF between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference in GRF between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05)after 6 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of treatment.4.The difference in Cr,BUN,UA between the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and after 6 weeks of treatment and12 weeks of treatment,the difference in Cr between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.The difference in Alb and Hb between the two groups of patients before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and after 6 weeks of treatment and12 weeks of treatment,the difference in Hb between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05)).Conclusion:Zishen Qinggan Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of CKD patients(liver and kidney yin deficiency type).
