Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of "Tongdu Jieyu" Acupuncture Method In Treating Post-stroke Mild Cognitive Impairment

Objective: By observing the changes in the Mini Mental State Evaluation Scale(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA)scores of patients with post-stroke mild cognitive impairment with the "Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture method,the needle was evaluated.The clinical therapeutic effect of the method provides a new plan for the acupuncture treatment of post-stroke mild cognitive impairment.Methods: From December 2018 to July 2020,70 inpatients with post-stroke mild cognitive impairment were selected in the rehabilitation department of Shanxi Acupuncture and moxibustion Hospital.Using the random number table method,70 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,the observation group("Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture group)and the drug group(donepezil hydrochloride tablets group)35 cases each.Patients in the observation group were treated with "Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture method.The main point is Shenting,Baihui,Neiguan,Auxiliary points selected Tongli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong.The treatment was performed 1 time per day,6 times a week,1 day off,3 weeks as a course of treatment,6 weeks in total;The drug group was mainly treated with oral donepezil hydrochloride tablets,taking 5 mg orally every night before going to bed,3 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment,and continuous treatment for 6 weeks.The MMSE and Mo CA scales were selected to compare the scores of the two groups before and after treatment to objectively evaluate the clinical effect of the "Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture method in the treatment of post-stroke mild cognitive impairment.Results:1.Comparison of basic data: there was no difference in general data between the observation group and the drug group in age,sex,course of disease,education level and HIS score.2.MMSE scale analysis showed that the MMSE scores of the observation group and the drug group before treatment were compared,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the mental status of the two groups were comparable;the observation group after treatment Compared with the MMSE scores of the two groups of patients in the drug group and before treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.01);and the MMSE scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01).3.The analysis of the Mo CA scale showed that there was no significant difference in the Mo CA scale score between the observation group and the drug group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the Mo CA scale score of the observation group and the drug group was higher than that of the treatment group.Before,the difference was significant(P<0.01);and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the observation group and the drug group between the Mo CA scale scores of the two groups of patients(P<0.01).4.The total curative effect analysis showed: the total effective rate of the observation group("Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture method)was 82.35%,the total effective rate of the drug group(donepezil hydrochloride tablets)was 73.53%;in the observation group,18 cases were markedly effective and 10 were effective.In the drug group,6 cases were ineffective;8 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.After the two groups of chi-square non-parametric tests,the total effective rates of the two groups were different(P> 0.05),and the observation group("Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture method)had better therapeutic effect.Conclusion:(1)"Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture and donepezil hydrochloride tablets have significant effect in the clinical treatment of post-stroke mild cognitive impairment,and "Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture has better clinical effect.(2)"Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture and donepezil hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the scores of MMSE and Mo CA,and "Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture can improve the scores of MMSE and Mo CA faster and the upper limit of scores higher.(3)"Tongdu Jieyu" acupuncture has the advantages of exquisite acupoint matching,convenient acupoint selection and simple operation,which provides a new method for the clinical treatment of post-stroke mild cognitive impairment.
