Based On Data Mining Technology To Discuss The Rule Of Professor Luo Xiuli’s Treatment Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:Through the statistical method of data mining,to initially explore and summarize Professor Luo Xiuli’s medication rules and diagnosis and treatment thinking in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,summarize and inherit Professor Luo Xiuli’s academic thoughts on the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,and provide TCM treatment for non-small cell lung cancer.The proposed prescriptions for lung cancer provide reference.Methods: The data of NSCLC patients who were hospitalized in the Oncology Department of Hubei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and took Chinese medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,88 patients were screened out,and a total of 255 prescriptions were collected.The basic information and prescriptions of the patients were imported into the Microsoft Office Excel 2016 table to establish a database.The preliminary data sorting and frequency analysis were performed to summarize the high-frequency drugs.Frequency analysis of the nature and flavor of frequency drugs was conducted.Then the high-frequency drugs are introduced into SPSS20.0,cluster analysis and factor analysis are performed,and finally the high-frequency drug combinations and traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods are summarized.Results: A total of 268 Chinese medicines were included in this study,with a total frequency of 5323 times.Among them,a total of 61 high-frequency medicines were used.The total frequency of high-frequency medicines was 3981 times.High-frequency medicines belong to 14 categories.Mainly,the medicinal taste is mainly sweet,pungent,and bitter,and the main meridians are the lung meridians,spleen meridians,liver meridians,and stomach meridians.There are 12 pairs of high-frequency drug combinations including Muxiang,Amomum;Liushenqu,Stir-fried Malt;Spatholobus,Mulberry;Coltsfoot,Aster;Coptis,Scutellaria;Tangerine Peel,Pinellia ternata,etc.There are 12 pairs,among which the drug combination with the highest correlation is Woody,Amomum.There are 21 common factors.The treatment methods include regulating qi and invigorating the spleen,eliminating spleen and stomach;drying dampness and reducing phlegm,dispelling masses and swelling;moisturizing the lungs,resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma;clearing heat and detoxification,dispelling masses and swelling;To solidify the surface and deodorize perspiration;to fight poison and dispel stagnation,etc.Conclusion: 1.Astragalus,Codonopsis,bran-fried atractylodes,Chinese yam,angelica,turtle shell,Ophiopogon japonicus,Scrophulariaceae,Shishangbai,Hedyotis diffusa,Reed root,Pinellia ternata,Bitter almond,Fritillaria,Platycodon,Red Flower,centipede,whole scorpion,tangerine peel,and tuckahoe are the core drugs for Professor Luo Xiuli in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Woody,Amomum villosum,Caulis spatholobi,Mulberry,Coltsfoot,Aster,Shiwei,Shanzi Mushroom,Schisandra,and Parsnip are commonly used drug combinations.Regulate qi and invigorate the spleen,eliminate spleen and stomach;dry dampness and resolve phlegm,dispel swelling or heat and moisturize the lung,relieve cough and relieve asthma;fight toxin and dispel lumps to reduce swelling;nourish yin and nourish blood,promote blood circulation and dissipate stasis as the main treatment methods.The core prescriptions are: Astragalus 30 g,Codonopsis 30 g,Bran-fried Atractylodes 20 g,Poria 20 g Tangerine Peel 10 g,Pinellia 15 g,Licorice 10 g,Woody 15 g,Amomum 10 g Angelica 20 g,Red Flower 10 g,White Flower Oldenlandia 15 g Scutellaria 15 g,Vines Pear Root 30 g Shishangbai 30 g Whole Scorpion 10 g Centipede 2 Scrophulariaceae 20 g Platycodon 20 g Gallus gallus domesticus 30 g Zhejiang Fritillaria 20 g.Throughout the whole prescription,Luo Shi’s thinking in treating NSCLC can be divided into three aspects:(1)Start with the deficiency of righteous qi,focusing on replenishing the qi of the human spleen and stomach;(2)Anti-tumor can not be ignored,mainly by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,clearing heat and removing phlegm and moisturizing.Lung,fight poison and dispel stagnation;(3)take into account the accompanying symptoms,pay attention to comprehensive conditioning,and take care of specimens.2.Deficiency of righteous qi is the key pathogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer.Turbid phlegm,blood stasis,heat toxin,yin and cold evil qi are important pathological factors,which influence each other and cause cancer over time.Taking strengthening the body and strengthening the foundation as the foundation,combined with the treatment of phlegm,dispelling congestion,and removing blood stasis,taking into account the specimens,is Professor Luo Xiuli’s diagnosis and treatment ideas for treating non-small cell lung cancer.
