Objective :To observe the clinical effect of the combination of internal medicine and acupuncture sequential in treating herpes zoster patients with spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type by dehumidification Weiling decoction,in order to find a treatment scheme for herpes zoster, and the scheme is safe, reliable and effective in clinical application, which provides a new way of reference for the clinical treatment of herpes zoster.MethodsFrom November 2018 to November 2019,patients with herpes zoster of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation in the outpatient department of Dermatology of Wuhan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were selected, which met the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria set in this experiment.A total of 70 patients were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment 6 cases fell off and 64 cases were finally collected. The control group(n = 32)was treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, with Chushi Weiling decoction as the main prescription, one dose per day,200 ml each 30 minutes after breakfast and dinner; The treatment group(n = 32)was treated with acupuncture sequential therapy(fire acupuncture once a day in herpes stage, filiform acupuncture twice a week after stopping blister)on the basis of the treatment of the control group; Both groups were treated with famciclovir hydrochloride sustained tablets(oral,3 times a day,0.25 g each time for 7 days),acyclovir cream(externally applied to the affected area,4 times a day, until the scab fell off). The treatment cycle was four weeks in both groups. After statistical analysis, there was no significant difference in the baseline data of sex, age, duration and location of herpes zoster between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.During the treatment, the patients were followed up,and the adverse reactions were observed and recorded to evaluate the safety. The treatment effect of four weeks was observed and recorded. The pain intensity, herpes, sleep quality score, herpes recovery time and incidence of postherpetic neuralgia before and after treatment were counted. The treatment effect of the two groups was analyzed by statistical method, and the clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group was compared.Results1.After four weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was96.875% in the treatment group and 90.625% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the p value(P < 0.05)showed that the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant;2.After treatment, the scores of three items(pain intensity, herpes and sleep quality)in the two groups were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that sequential acupuncture and moxibustion therapy is helpful to reduce pain intensity, improve herpes and sleep quality. There was no significant difference in pain intensity score between the two groups after two weeks of treatment(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in pain intensity score between the two groups after four weeks of treatment(P <0.05).After two weeks and four weeks of treatment, there were significant differences in herpes scores between the two groups(P< 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. After treatment, there was significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded in the whole process of treatment. One patient in the treatment group was scratched and scratched after fire needle treatment, and one patient in the control group was not heated in cold days.Oral Chinese medicine caused epigastric discomfort, which was relieved after symptomatic treatment. One patient in each group had mild adverse reactions(3.125%),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).ConclusionAfter treatment, the three scores(pain intensity, herpes, sleep quality)of the two groups were significantly improved, and the treatment group was better than the control group. The treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the recovery time of herpes zoster and reducing the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.According to the statistics, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture sequential therapy has a definite and obvious effect on improving the clinical efficacy of herpes zoster. |
