The Clinical Efficacy Of Insomnia Treated With LV’s Umbilicus Moxibustion And The Rs-fMRI Study

Objective:This study is to inquire into the central mechanism of Lv’s Umbilicus Moxibustion treat insomnia based on the rs-fMRIThis study is to pursue clinical contrast observation in order to provide the believable basis to LV’s Umbilicus Moxibustion based on the PSQI(as the curative effect evaluation on objective level),the six kinds of neuropsychological scales(as the auxiliary curative effect evaluation on subjective level),and the data of rs-fMRI based on VMHC(as the auxiliary curative effect evaluation on objective level)Methods:We collected 66 samples based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and divided them into 2 groups that the experimental group(use the LV’s Umbilicus Moxibustion treatment)and the control group(use the moxibustion on ShenQUE(CV.8)treatment)based on Random Number Tables.The PSQI is adopted as the standard of curative effect evaluation and the HAMA are to be the supplemental materials of curative effect evaluation.During this period,we selected 15 samples from per group to collect their data of rs-fMRI based on VMHC to inquire the effect of Lv’s Umbilicus Moxibustion on brain.Results:1,The statistical differences between the PSQI-pre and the PSQI-post of 2 groups.the HAMA-pre and the HAMA-post of 2 groups are significant(P<0.05);The statistical difference between the PSQI-post and HAMA-post of 2 groups are significant(P<0.05).2.The efficiency of the experimental group is 93.94%;the efficiency of the control group is 81.82%.The curative effect of the experimental group is better than the control group.3.The intervention of the experimental group on the inferior temporal gyrus,the inferior frontal gyrus,the thalamus,the precuneus,the striatum,the parahippocampal gyrus and the superior frontal gyrus are significant(P<0.05);the intervention of the control group on the thalamus,the inferior temporal gyrus and the inferior frontal gyrus are siginificant(P<0.05).Both treatment are meaningful,but the experimental group is better than the control groupConclusion:1.The curative effect of the Lv’s Umbilicus Moxibustion is praiseworthy.In this study,the efficiency of the experimental group is 93.94%.It is worthy to be spread.2.The central mechanism of the Lv’s Umbilicus Moxibustion relate to the inferior temporal gyrus,the inferior frontal gyrus,the thalamus,the precuneus,the striatum,the parahippocampal gyrus and the superior frontal gyrus.3.Lv’s Umbilicus Moxibustion can improve the sleep time,sleep quality and sleep efficiency of patients with insomnia,and relieve the anxiety of patients with insomnia。...
