Objective : To observe the effect of fire needle therapy of Yangming meridian in affected limbs on the sensory function, motor function and activity of daily living of patients with hemiparesis after stroke, and evaluate its clinical efficacy,in order to provide data for the treatment of hemiparesis after stroke with fire needle therapy. Methods:From December 2018 to January 2021,62 patients with hemiplegia after stroke in the Department of Encephalopathy of Shanxi Acupuncture Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 31 cases in each group. In the control group(routine acupuncture group),acupuncture prescription of apoplexy-middle meridian was selected from the 13 th Five-Year Plan textbook of higher education in Chinese medicine industry, while in the treatment group(fire needle plus routine acupuncture group),fire needle was also selected to scatter the Yangming Meridian of the affected limb on the basis of routine acupuncture, once every 3 days and twice every week.Four weeks is a course of treatment, and scores are scored before and at the end of treatment.Observation index: sensory disturbance evaluation score table;Simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score;Barthel index evaluation table.Efficacy evaluation:sensory disturbance was evaluated by sensory disturbance evaluation score table(improved Fugl-Meyer and Lindmark evaluation method). Results :(1)comparison of sensory disturbance evaluation score table: before treatment, there was no statistical difference in sensory disturbance evaluation score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,in-group comparison: the sensory score increased compared with that before treatment(all P<0.05);Comparison between groups:The sensory function score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Com Parison of Fugl-Meyer motor function scores: Before treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of Patients in the group were higher than those before treatment(all P< 0.05).Comparison between groups: the scores of patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).(3)Comparison of MBI scores: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in MBI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the MBI scores of patients in the group were higher than those before treatment(all P < 0.05).Comparison between groups: MBI scores of patients in treatment group were higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).(4)Comparison of clinical curative effect: After four weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of fire acupuncture and scattered needling of Yangming Meridian was93.33% and 82.76% res Pectively, and the total effective rate of treatment grou P was better than that of control grou P,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both fire acupuncture and traditional acupuncture have certain clinical efficacy in treating dysesthesia after stroke, but fire acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture.(2)Fire acupuncture is better than traditional acupuncture in improving sensory function, motor function and daily living ability of patients with dysesthesia after stroke.
