| Objective:1.To investigate the current situation of scientific research ability of clinical junior nurses in Jiangsu Province and analyze its influencing factors,and provide theoretical basis for constructing the training course system of scientific research ability of clinical junior nurses.2.Based on the theory of knowledge,belief and behavior,the training course system of clinical junior nurses’ scientific research ability is constructed.3.To analyze the application effect of this course system in the training of clinical junior nurses’ scientific research innovation ability,in order to provide guidance for improving the scientific research ability and improving the scientific research quality of junior nurses.Methods:1.Present situation of clinical junior nurses’ scientific research ability and its influencing factors.The general information questionnaire and the self-rating scale of nursing staffs scientific research ability were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the clinical low-year nurses of 9 third Class A hospitals in Jiangsu Province.Frequency(f)and percentage(%)are used to describe counting data,and mean ± standard deviation(x±s)is used to describe measuring data.An independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA were used to test the difference of scientific research ability of junior nurses in general data.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of junior nurses’ scientific research ability.2.Construction of the course system of scientific research training for clinical junior nurses.Based on the analysis of the results of cross-sectional survey of clinical junior nurses’scientific research ability,combined with extensive literature investigation and analysis,research group discussion,etc.Construct the embryonic form of clinical junior nurse scientific research training course system and form a questionnaire.The questionnaire recovery rate is used to express the enthusiasm of the experts,the expert’s familiarity with the study and the judgment of the index are mainly based on the expert authority,the arithmetic average of the item assignment,the full score rate of the item to express the concentration of the expert opinion,and the coefficient of variation and coordination to express the degree of coordination of the expert opinion.3.Research on intervention effect of scientific research ability of clinical junior nurses.A stratified random sampling method was used to randomly select 120 clinical junior nurses who met the inclusion criteria.The intervention method was the scientific research training course system of clinical junior nurses.All nurses included in the study were investigated by questionnaire before and after intervention.The count data is described using frequency(f),percentage(%),and the comparison between groups is x2 test.The measurement data is described using mean±standard difference(x±s)and t test is used for intergroup comparison.Results:1.The cross-sectional survey collected 685 valid questionnaires.the average score of scientific research ability of clinical junior nurses was(49.44±22.13).The results of independent sample t test and single factor analysis of variance showed that rotation department(s),scientific research intention,reading journals,career planning,hospital policy,scientific research reasons had an impact on the scientific research ability of junior nurses(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression showed that rotation departments,reading journals,career planning and hospital policy were the main influencing factors of low-year nurses’ scientific research ability.2.The course system of clinical junior nurses’ scientific research training includes seven first-level indicators,namely,selection of subjects,literature retrieval,scientific research design,data processing,statistical analysis,paper writing,subject application,and 49 second-level indicators.3.Through the training of scientific research curriculum system,the scientific research ability level of clinical junior nurses was significantly improved.The score of clinical junior nurses’ scientific research ability was(49.01±21.26)before course training,after was(66.59±23.73)and the score after training was significantly higher than that of untrained nurses(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The research ability of clinical junior nurses is lower,among which the ability of scientific research design,data processing,and paper writing are weaker.Rotation departments,reading periodicals,career planning and hospital policies are the main factors affecting the scientific research ability of junior nurses.2.Based on literature review,current situation investigation,group discussion and expert consultation,the system of scientific research training course for junior nurses is scientific and feasible,and can meet the needs of scientific research training for junior nurses.3.The training course of nursing research has improved the level of nursing research knowledge of low-year nurses and increased the trust of low-year nurses to be competent for scientific research activities. |
