| At present,the aging of the population has become a universal phenomenon and social issue.Since our country entered the aging society at the end of the 20 th century,the number of the elderly and its proportion to the total population have continued to grow,the old-age problem with the characteristics of "old before rich " and "old before prepared" followed.Medical care and support are the most basic life security for the elderly.Under the background of the development of the combination of medical care and the support of information technology,such as intelligent medical care and intelligent old-age care,intelligent medical care is a new type of old-age service based on basic old-age service,focusing on medical service and combining rehabilitation medical care with life care based on information technology.Its service quality reflects the ability and level of service providers in the field of intelligent medical care,and has an important impact on the construction of intelligent medical care information service system and the satisfaction of users with old-age service.Information ecology is a theory that studies the coordinated development of human,information,technology and information environment.It can provide a new interpretation framework for the complex relationship between information person,information ontology and information technology in the information environment.Therefore,this paper first introduces the information ecology theory into the evaluation research of intelligent medical information service quality,determining the framework of the evaluation index according to the information ecology theory and the characteristics of intelligent medical information service,and selects and determines the formal evaluation index through literature investigation,policy analysis and membership function method.An empirical study using the KANO model shows that the final classification results of each index include 9one-dimensional quality,9 attractive quality,9 indifferent quality and 5 mixed class quality,and the satisfaction coefficient analysis of each index and dimension is carried out to determine the priority order of improving service quality.Through the analysis of the survey results and the information ecological dimension of index construction,this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions to improve the quality of intelligent medical and nursing information service,including improving the use value of intelligent medical and nursing information service,optimizing service quality based on supply and demand,exploring the development path of service platform and intelligent products and creating favorable internal and external development environment.Specifically,in the information service ontology dimension,the priority should be given to the accuracy and professional authority of the information content,the convenience and diversity of the service,and the intelligent medical information service should be carried out with the promotion of the value of the old information service as the core and direction;In the dimension of information person,it is very important for the intelligent information construction of the information service subject and to grasp the different information needs of users,which is not only the quality index of the user’s expectation,but also the necessary premise to carry out the intelligent medical and nursing information service;In the dimension of information technology,intelligent medical information service platform and intelligent product are the two core development directions.The priority should be given to system stability,privacy information security,platform responsiveness,interface design aging,offline service reliability and intelligent product operation simplicity;In the dimension of information environment,standardized management,policies,laws and regulations and humanistic social environment are particularly important.With the arrival of aging society,this dimension will also become an attractive content of service quality. |
