evaluate the radiation rate by using ACR-156 model.Materials and Methods:ACR-156 model and different quantities of organic glass attenuation boards are selected to simulate the compression thickness that is respectively 19mm、31mm、42mm、52mm、62mm.DBT is carried out on the different simulated shoot in different simulated thickness under the condition of automatic exposure control and record kVp、mAs、AGD respectively.According to the scoring method recommended by the American College of Radiology, three senior evaluators score the fiber ribbon、micro-calcification and lump in images of different thickness by using ACR-156 model respectively. The detection rates of breast lesions are calculated with the criteria of more than 4 points of fiber ribbon and more than 3 points of micro-calcification and more than 3 points of lump.Variance analysis is applied to compare the mean dose and mean detection rate of fiber ribbon、micro-calcification and lump of DBT and FFDM.Results:(1)The average glandular dose of DBT and the average glandular dose of FFDM under the same simulated compression thickness show statistically different(p<0.05).(2)There is statistically different in the detection rate of fiber ribbon and micro-calcification under different thickness of DBT compare with FFDM(p>0.05).The average detection rate of DBT is statistically significant compared with FFDM for lump when the simulated compression thickness is 19mm、31mm、42mm.The average detection rate of DBT is similar to that of FFDM lump when the simulated compression thickness is 52mm.There is no statistically significant different in the detection rate of lump between DBT and FFDM when the compression thickness is 65mm(p>0.05).CONCLUSION:(1)Under the same exposure condition, the AGD of DBT is higher than FFDM,but all of them are less than 3mGy that is required by MQSA.The AGD is increased with the thickness mammary gland compression thickness and the appropriate compression thickness can reduce the AGD.(2)Under AEC control, the detection rate of DBT lump with lower thickness is higher than that of FFDM.As the thickness increased, the detection rate of DBT tumor lesions decreased.Under the same conditions,DBT shows similar abilities to FFDM in showing fiber ribbon and micro-calcification DBT has certain advantages in the ability to display tumor lesions under certain thickness. Objective:By comparing the different diagnostic capabilities of Breast tumors among Full Field Digital photography(FFDM),Digital Breast Tomosynthesis(DBT),and evaluate the clinical application value of different Imaging examination methods for Breast cancer.Materials and Methods:By adopting a retrospective analysis of 253 cases of patients with clinical suspicion of women breast lesions using imaging method of FFDM,DBT Classify the data through the breast imaging reporting data system(BI-RADS)and the statistical analysis was done with pathological results as the gold standard. Then estimate the size, morphology margins and calcification of the tumor.Analyze the diagnostic efficacy of different imaging methods for breast cancer. Finally evaluate the diagnosis accuracy of breast cancer by using simple 2D,3D.Results:Pathological results confirmed that there were 112 benign lesions and 141 malignant lesions among the 253 cases. The ROC curve areas of FFDM,DBT for breast cancer diagnosis were 0.833,0.890 respectively. The sensitivity of FFDM,DBT were 84.2%,92.3%respectively.The specificity of FFDM,DBT were 82.5%,85.5%respectively.The curve area of DBT alone in breast cancer diagnosis was larger than FFDM,with statistically significant difference(p<0.001).Conclusions:Compared with FFDM、DBT and MRI can improve the diagnostic efficacy of breast cancer.DBT and MRI are similar refer to the detection and diagnostic efficacy of breast lesions.Purely economic considerations might suggest using DBT for the diagnosis of breast cancer as which is more affordable meanwhile with relatively few contraindications. Objective:By comparing the different diagnostic capabilities of Breast tumors among Full Field Digital photography(FFDM),Digital Breast
