Objective: The purpose of this study was revealing the impact on serum ferritin(SF),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT),and total bilirubin(TBil)to cerebral infarction in term of neurological deficits and short-term prognosis by analyzing the levels of above indicators.Method:(1)A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from March 2019 to January 2020 were collected.Finally,94 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this experiment were used as the experimental sample.Base on the degree of neurological impairment from the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the sample was divided into three groups: mild stroke group(31cases),moderate stroke group(33cases),and severe stroke group(30cases).Also,established a contrast group which was consisted of forty physical examination takers without history of cerebral infarction from the physical examination center;(2)Collected baseline information of all the participants, drew off fasting elbow venous blood from sample group within 48 hours after onset of cerebral infarction.Simultaneously, collected fasting elbow vein blood in control group.Tested SF,γ-GT,and TBil levels of two groups;(3)14 days after the onset, assessed the NIHSS score for sample group and evaluated the prognosis.According to the outcome, divided sample group into four subgroups: almost recovery group(18 cases),significant improvement group(30 cases),progressive group(29 cases),and no change or aggravated group(17 cases).Simultaneously retested SF,γ-GT,TBil;(4)Analyzed the impact on level variation of SF,γ-GT and TBil to the degree of neurological deficits and short-term prognosis after acute cerebral infarction.Result:(1)Comparison of baseline data: age, gender composition, number of patients with hypertension, the incidence of diabetes, the incidence of hyperlipidemia, and the number of smokers were not statistically significant(all P>0.05);(2)Compare and Analysis the level of SF,γ-GT,TBil from the sample group within 48 hours after onset and the contrast group: SF levels: severe stroke group>moderate stroke group>mild stroke group>control group(F=20.048,P<0.001),the difference is statistically significant.γ-GT level: severe stroke group> moderate stroke group>mild stroke group>control group(F=16.697,P<0.001),the difference is statistically significant.TBil level: mild stroke group>moderate stroke group>severe stroke group>control group(F=20.277,P<0.001),the difference is statistically significant;(3)Correlation analysis between NIHSS scores and SF,γ-GT,TBil levels within 48 hours after onset of cerebral infarction: NIHSS scores were positively correlated with SF(r=0.413,P<0.001)and γ-GT(r=0.396,P<0.001),negatively correlated with TBil(r=-0.205,P=0.018);(4)Correlation analysis of SF,γ-GT and TBil levels within 48 hours after onset of cerebral infarction: SF is positively correlated with γ-GT(r=0.489,P<0.001),TBil and SF(r=0.139,P=0.110),γ-GT(r=0.134,P=0.122)were uncorrelated;(5)Comparison of the levels of SF,γ-GT,TBil between data collected from 14 days after onset and date collected within 48 hours after onset: SF(t=3.445,P=0.001),γ-GT(t=4.107,P<0.001),TBil(t=3.916,P<0.001)levels from the first group were lower than the second group, and the difference was Statistical significance;(6)Comparison the level of SF,γ-GT and TBil in 14 days after onset among almost recovery group, significant improvement group, progressive group, and no change or aggravated group: SF level: no change or aggravated group> progress group> significant progress group> almost recovery group, the difference was statistically significant(F=11.776,P<0.001);γ-GT(F=1.357,P=0.261),TBil(F=0.945,P=0.422)levels: there was no statistically significant difference between the groups.conclusion:(1)SF,γ-GT and TBil are related to the degree of neurological deficit in cerebral infarction. At the beginning of the onset, the above three indicators are all increased,SF,γ-GT and the degree of neurological deficit are positively correlated, and SF,γ-GT are positively correlated.TBil is negatively correlated with the degree of neurological deficit;(2)At 14 days after the onset of cerebral infarction, the SF level is related to the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction, the prognosis of patients with high SF is poor, and γ-GT and TBil are not related to the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
