| With the rapid development of science and technology,the national lifestyle has undergone tremendous changes,so that the scale of Internet users is increasing day by day.The convenience brought by technology is increasingly dependent on Internet products,and with it is the degree of people’s attention to health Is constantly rising.Heart disease is one of the dangerous diseases that threaten human health,and the incidence of complications is gradually increasing.Among them,arrhythmia accounts for a large proportion of the causes of the morbidity,which makes the ECG signal reflect the relevant information of the human heart activity,can be detected arrhythmia,so the analysis and processing of the ECG signal is helpful for prevention,diagnosis and treatment.Today,when the Internet is highly developed,how to understand your own heart health through the process has become an urgent problem in the market.(1)This paper mainly detects the user’s arrhythmia by processing the characteristics of the human ECG signal in each band,and uses the wavelet transform threshold noise reduction method to reduce the noise of the original ECG signal to eliminate the baseline drift,power frequency interference and EMG interference noise.A modular maximum method based on wavelet transform is selected to detect R waves,the signal is decomposed by wavelet transform,and then the appropriate threshold is selected to find the positive and negative large value pairs in each scale.The relationship between the value and the threshold value,and the zero-crossing point of the positive and negative large value pairs is the peak value of R.This article divides arrhythmia into five categories:sinus arrhythmia,period contraction,paroxysmal tachycardia,flutter and fibrillation,and heart block,and calculates RR interval and instantaneous heart rate by identifying QRS waves.Use this to judge arrhythmia.Finally,combined with the relevant research on ECG signal processing and analysis,according to the relevant processes of the software development specification,a heart health assessment system was developed and implemented,which has the main functions of user’s independent upload of ECG signals,visual display of electrocardiogram,arrhythmia analysis and heart health assessment.And elaborated on the process of requirements analysis,summary design,detailed design,system implementation and system testing. |
